Stopped to pick up two dozen assorted donuts at 3pm in the afternoon and was told that even though they still had at least 40-50 in the display case, they could only sell me one dozen because they didn't want to run out for other customers later in the afternoon. This struck me as strange since I expected them to make more bakery items throughout the day, however I accepted the reasoning and substituted by ordering a dozen assorted cookies instead. The server then proceeded to charge me for a dozen dream cookies, but gave me a mix of both dream and normal cookies after running out of the more expensive flavours. At no point did she offer to reimburse me, and I only found out when the boxes were opened later. Entirely unsatisfied with the service at this franchise. Food was fine.

1st review in 2019: These guys are always on point! Coffee is always fresh and they are extremely polite. This is by far my favourite Timmy’s. Thank you.2nd Review: The staff at Timmy’s have no idea how they can affect our day by just messing up our coffee. Melecia makes my days brighter. When she’s on shift, I know my coffee will be fresh and right. The morning staff here is amazing but she never ever disappoints and I come here to enjoy THE BEST coffee every morning. This is a hard one because it’s such a hit or miss. I’ve had good experiences and bad ones at this location.On the Positive:- quick service in drive through- some staff are very friendlyAreas of opportunity:- attention to details of orders- giving out the wrong order on drive through- staff not making eye contact with drive though customers or even saying helloI get that many of the staff is young, but I am willing to put a bet that it’s a training issue and an accountability issue.Loads of potential, given the right leadership.
