What a joke of a Tim Hortons. Every single time I go they are out something whether it be bread, wedges, smile cookies. Very upsetting when it’s only 4:30pm and you are out of wedges for the dinner rush. I have made my last mistake by going to that location. Like many other comments here no customer service skills what so ever. Tim’s used be a pinnacle for customer service but no longer Canadian and that’s when it went down hill!

Quite fed up of the service that is being provided here now.

You go through the drive through, and there's no personability, no customer service. You say thank you when they hand you your items, and there isn't a "You're welcome", or "Thanks for coming", or "have a good day". The staff here no longer care about their image, and it's a terrible look for Tim Horton's as a brand.

Probably the worst tim hortons in barrie and nearby towns. Horrible service, they don't give a shit about walk-in customers only care about there precious drvie-thru, when u do go to drive thru there service is some how worse at times. This place needs to get there head out of there ass and hire some good employees(they already have a couple great ones) just need more and ppl that care and maybe can understand wat there saying cuz it's mumble half the time at the speaker

In fact, they have plenty to eat and drink, but I came from Punjab and drank their coffee, which quenched my desire for native tea.

literally the best tim hortons in barrie.

i'm a regular and they know my exact order and i always receive the best customer service.
restaurant is clean and staff are extremely nice.
this is exactly how a restaurant should be run!

Bad attitude from the personal! Especially from the mature guy who seems like the supervisor. He makes you feel so uncomfortable to be there. And the worst coffee that I have ever tried at a Tim Hortons.

I was VERY pleased with the service tonight. Came through the drive thru to order a steeped tea. They were all out so I asked for a new pot to be made. The gentleman working the window was very kind to start a new one for me. Seeing that it was going to take a couple minutes he told me to park in the parking lot and he would bring it to me. He was incredibly friendly and smiley (which is a rarer occurrence these days). He went above and beyond by gesturing through the window to give me a time update, brought the drink to my car and gave me a free donut! We need more workers like this!

I have know idea how on a Sunday @12:39 I have been waiting for more than 10 minutes in DT. Is there only 1 person working?! This used to for years my favorite Tim's. But I have no clue what the heck happened? No one is line in the store. Manager or owner need the address this. You have just lost my money. I'll start going elsewhere. It's a shame. That s day and age, can you really afford to loose customers?

Worst Tim Hortons ever. Regardless of whether I go in person or order online, they always screw up my order. Staff are also quite nasty and do not want to do their jobs properly.They don't understand what customer service is. Perhaps the manager should be aware of what is going on in the store and how it will influence your company.When ordering through the drive-thru, I had to repeat my order three times since you didn't comprehend simple English. Perhaps you could hire more educated employees instead of students and the elderly.

Waited ten minutes for two cars to move forward in the drive thru because they couldn't make a simple Tim Horton's item to save their lives and that's if they even have it. I went in the drive through today and they didn't have a single Tim Bit or cookie. What a joke. A horrific experience. Tim Horton's needs to end the way Tim Horton ended.
