WORST TIM HORTONS EVER.
My Regular coffee has never tasted the same. One day it felt like a Double Double next day it literally felt like a STEEPED TEA, third day something else. They once put Bacon in my Egg and Cheese farmer’s wrap. Next time, I was served plain bagel with cream cheese instead of everything bagel w butter. Is the staff even listening? Please train your staff. The service is horrible. Staff doesn’t want to talk to you. They are extremely rude even when you are trying to be polite and just want the order changed. The amount of times I have had bad experience at this location is crazy. The only reason I end up at this Tim is because it is near to my work. But, the incompetence is unmatched! 👏🏻 Tried giving this location benefit of doubt and it failed every time on all levels.

Anyone who came into contact with food or drinks at that location between May 17 and June 3 may have been exposed to the virus, the public health unit said. This is horrific.
How is your cleanliness so bad, that hepatitis is at risk from consuming your food? Are your employees not washing their hands, after going to the bathroom? Disgusting.

Honestly one of the best experiences with the managers, Reecha and Ryan. Had an issue with the my food order and contacted these managers; they were extremely kind and went above and beyond to remake my order and provide me with a refund for my inconvenience. They have consistently shown this type of customer service as I've been coming here often . The staff are also very kind and welcoming. Thumbs up to their good customer service!
