Recently placed an order for delivery and the individual taking my order hung up on me. After calling back because she had reviewed my order wrong, she hung up on me again. The order was wrong when it was delivered.

Pickup order from April 14, 2024. Have been ordering here for at least 15 years and certainly my favourite pizza in Barrie. Today's order was 4 personal pizzas, a Chicken Crustano sandwich, and some Toppers sticks.All were delicious. Mobility impaired accessible, ample parking, no dinning in.

We have ordered 97 times over the years. On November 22nd in the evening the driver called and said I am out of range, we are on the Barrie/Innisfil border and never had an issue with the previous 97 orders. No idea why this changed but I can tell you that you just lost both our corporate and personal business. The driver was completely rude while the call center rep was at least understanding.

I’m only giving this review a one star because they do not deliver to our large new subdivision.

The streets of fairlane, gateland, Turnberry and South Park lane all have tons of people who cannot order delivery from toppers because they haven’t put it in their system yet as an area they service. This has been going on since before June 2023.

I would love to come back and change this to a 5 star review. C’mon toppers!

Cashier was nice I guess.The major problem comes after you pay for your pizza and realize that none of the workers are wearing gloves. This is a major red flag if anyone ever goes to anywhere that serves food. The cleanliness of the place was very bad and did not smell good at all. The pizza was not good either. Other than the cashier being nice, there is nothing good I could say about the place.

I love the pizza at Topper's. I always choose the one with 10 meats. A medium for two people and it's very good. The restaurant was a little far from my hotel, but allowed me to discover the city. The service is always good from one topper's to another. And the hot pizza
