We stopped for a quick, nutritious (gluten-free) lunch during Christmas shopping and found ourselves relaxed, un-rushed with helpful service that allowed us to understand a menu which needed to be explained. Stocking stuffers too!

Had a delicious butter chicken and chickpea rice bowl. The employee was very kind and helpful, helping me put together my bowl suggesting things I wouldn’t normally try. Turned out delicious, would go again.

Twisted Indian Fusion Street Food is my go-to for an authentic quick bite. The kathi rolls and bowls burst with bright chutneys, tender proteins, and just the right heat, and the chaats are crisp, tangy, and addictive. Service is fast, portions are generous, and there are great veg/vegan options. Perfect when you want real street-style flavor without the wait.

A decent Indian fusion spot in Park Place with a spacious and vibrant interior. The lady working at the front was friendly and passionate which made our visit quite pleasant.
We ordered the Keto Bowl (3.5/5) and Naanwich (4/5).
Keto Bowl had fresh shredded lettuce that adds a crispy texture to every bite. It also had cheese, chutney and yogurt which gave the dish a hint of creaminess and tanginess, and some added freshness from the kachumber. The keema and chicken tikka were decent. The blend of spices weren’t as prominent as I expected.
For the Naanwich, I had the Chicken Tikka with cheese and you get to choose 3 toppings for it. Again, the Chicken Tikka’s signature flavour was milder than expected but the highlight of this dish would be the naan. It was fluffy and airy and chewy at the same time.
Overall, I can understand why the signature flavour and spices of the keema and chicken tikka were mellowed down given the location. But I’d still come back for the naanwich and possibly try their burgers.

I’ve been coming here for 7 years, but this visit was extremely disappointing and will be my last. I am vegetarian and had ordered a Veg burger for myself, while my friend ordered a Chicken burger. Shockingly, the veg and chicken patties were handled together in the same hand, showing complete disregard for dietary preferences. It makes me wonder how long this careless practice has been happening. This is absolutely unacceptable and reflects a serious lack of care. While the staff were friendly, the service overall was careless and unprofessional.

Healthy food that tastes homemade!
Extremely Bad Experience!!
I have been coming to Twisted for past 9 years with my family. Been to Orillia location, both the Barrie locations, love it, all the staff is nice except this one Asian(middle-age) guy, who is extremely rude, arrogant and egoistic. This guy has some extreme attitude issues, I have been noticing it from the first ever time he served us. Whenever we walk in, and we see him behind the counter, our excitement to eat at Twisted just goes downhill, as its just not a nice treatment you get from him as customer. He has never greeted us at all, even if you ask him any question, he literally just nods in sheer attitude. Excuse me!! Do you know anything about customer service!!
We went there today, ask for little extra chutney on burger(mind it was the only sauce we were asking not any second sauce, to which he said - nope its hard to put it on burger, as it gets messy. I replied that its okay, I kinda my problem to eat a messy burger. Then he goes, nope I won’t put it as Its extra money, can’t you see it on our menu screen.’ Come on!! Thats how you talk to someone whose just kindly asking for something, At this point We weren’t even rude or anything. Why would you tell me something different at first place and then say its extra money. Just make it clear first time itself, that its extra money, don’t play around. Don’t think other person is stupid, mind it, 9 years of coming to twisted, just this particular man causes issues. No other staff member at any other location has ever said that to us What made it worst was not the fact that little extra sauce was chargeable, its his tone, unaccountability, ego and rudeness, that made me loose my cool on him today and lead to unpleasant verbal exchange. He really need to get himself checked. I myself have been working in customer service for a decade now.
SORRY TWISTED!! AIN’T COMING BACK IF THIS GUY CARRIES ON WITH THIS BEHAVIOUR EACH TIME WITH NO REASON.
MAY BE THIS INDUSTRY IS NOT FOR HIM. MIND IT EACH TIME HE IS BEHIND THE COUNTER HE RUINS THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!!

As soon as you walk inside you are greeted with the lovely aroma of fragrant spices. Healthy, fresh and non-greasy Indian food that comes in all spice levels for all tolerances. You can choose your spice level (their mild dishes are truly non-spicy and their spicy is spicy). Tried the butter chicken rice bowl and couple of Nanwiches (tikka masala and keema) and it was all so delicious. Light but satisfying portions and their cilantro sauce is a great addition to their fresh veggie toppings. As for their desserts, the gulab jamun were dough balls soaked through with a tasty sticky sugar syrup with a hint of rose water and cardamom. One of the best Gulab jamun I’ve tried, warm and perfectly soft. It worked amazingly with a side of their house made mango kulfi (Indian ice cream). The mango lassi (sweet yogurt drink) was also delightful. If you’re looking for something new, give this twisted Indian location a try.

Chutney and flavours were good. Just feel like 19 dollars is too much for baby greens and chickpeas
I had 3 poutines at park place location the fries were in fryer for too long that they got too crispy it was hard to chew and was poking in the mouth and when i asked to mix two proteins instead of putting half and half the quantity was very less and it was so sour the one at duckworth plaza is the best they always cater to the customer request as long as it is valid

I normally mix two different kind of veg. Have done it numerous times. The server today told me management has since stopped this. I would highly suggest re thinking this decision. Do something logical like maybe a server half the size so your employees can accurately do the job as opposed to just removing it.
