Disappointed. Smoothie base is pre-made. Ordered a salted caramel bowl, base tasted like old banana/baby food and half frozen.

I gave it 4 stars because I wish the smoothie base was not from a gigantic frozen tub. I think it affects the freshness of the smoothie as I assume its shipped from somewhere else in large quantities. I've been to some amazing acai places closer to the city and the quality is kind of lacking in comparison. Other than that I love the atmosphere. I just wish their bowls were better quality.

This place is unbelievably gross. The customer service is terrible , not friendly at all and the smoothie bowls are not fresh. They are month old frozen fruit. Not good. Would not go back here. Save your money

Very Cutesy place. You really know what you're going to get. The Acai in my bowl was kind of Hard and Frozen but i think it was because I came right when the store opened. The small was very petite and the ingredients were lovely.
This is a nice place if you're looking for a sweet treat

Wanted to love this place but it was disappointing in all aspects. I got the açai bowl and the “smoothie” mixture was just pure ice with very little flavour, there was no part of the bowl that reminded me of a smoothie. It was like eating a freezer burnt ice mixture with some fruit thrown in. Definitely the worst smoothie bowl I’ve ever had. I was happy they at least use me fresh fruit for the top of the bowl but the smoothie portion was inedible.

Today was my first time trying a smoothie bowl and I am pleased to say that the service here was nothing short of amazing!!!!! The lovely lady behind the counter, Sherlana helped me find the perfect order for myself I will definitely be back soon!

I got the Banana Berry smoothie bowl today and I was super excited to enjoy it but unfortunately it just tasted not good. It tasted very blan and freezer burnt. There was ice chunks in it and I could barely eat it…for $7 that was really disappointing.
