Just had an amazing experience here and I can see myself becoming a regular in no time! This was my first time going so I wasn’t sure what to expect. My fiance and I were greeted with such kindness and within 30 seconds of being in the store we were offered a fresh sample of the PB & C base which was SO good. We were then given 3 more samples too which were all very yummy ?? Their energy bites are delicious !! My fiance got the PB&C bowl and I got the Berry Cherry Cheesecake! SO good and great customer service! You can tell they are very proud of what they are doing.

Had Paradise Bowl, loved it and end up getting another Bowl of Blue citrus flavour.❤️Wanted to eat more but my stomach was full so bought bunch of thaw bowls for my mid night cravings, because why not! ❤️❤️

I order the “thaw a bowls” and keep them in my freezer until I’m ready to use them. They’re perfect for a breakfast, snack or even dessert and come in lots of great flavours. My current favourite is the berry cherry cheesecake, yum!!

Great smoothies, the only reason I've given it 3 stars is because of the hours of operation. It would be nice to be able to grab one of these bowls early in the morning at 7 or 8.

Love this place!! The smoothie bowls are delicious and the toppings are fresh. Every time I’ve been here the customer service has always been amazing - so friendly and welcoming. I also love their smoothies- which you can get in any flavour of the smoothie bowls they have; very yummy! My dog also approves of the PUPsicles, she loves them!!
