This is our favourite place for Vietnamese food. The spicy hue is delicious and quite spicy. It’s so full of flavour. The other soups are the same. Haven’t had a bad one. The fish sauce wings are sticky and tasty. The Vietnamese fried rice is so good! Food comes out in good time and the soups are piping hot. The restaurant is small and so if you come at a busy time you may have to wait. It’s worth it though.The staff are so friendly but sometimes are so busy they don’t get back too you after they’ve delivered your meal. You just have to flag them down but they will fulfill your request.The only downside is the benches and chairs are very tatty and need replacing. The bathroom could use a deep clean. But we just found out the last time we ate there is they don’t allow their staff to keep a tip. The tip goes to the owners and the staff will get in trouble if they’re caught accepting a tip. Therefore, my suggestion is to not tip at allo, which is what we will be doing in the future.

If I could put 0 stars I would. I came here yesterday and ordered the crispy spring rolls and they tasted off and the filling looked gross. Still ate it because I didn’t want to waste my money. I also ordered an iced cappuccino and it came AFTER I had finished eating my dinner and it was filled with coffee grinds. The noodles and rice were bland and flavourless. I woke up at 2 am this morning in so much pain and I ended up throwing up 4 times from food poisoning and still till right now I’m not okay. I would never recommend this place and I NEVER make bad reviews or any reviews at all but this place was just a disappointment.
