yesterday around 3pm I came to pickup an order, I don’t normally do pickups in Barrie but as i entered store the lady first words were (we have a separate entrance for pickup I’ll let you go this time but next time use the other entrance). So I proceeded to the other side got the food then came back to her and asked if I can put an order in because I haven’t eat anything all day and I just wanted something small and quick, she stared at me then said what would you like to order, I put in my order then she said under her breath so I guess you gon order while the people wait for their food, I honestly pretended like I didn’t hear this lady because the order took like a minute to pack and give to me as it was only 3 chicken strips which they had done already. I chose to be the bigger person because god knows she caught me on a good day, but anyways customer service is very poor and that staff need to mind her business as she doesn’t know anyone’s situation or mindset and should keep her opinions to herself I will not be returning to this location.

I spent years Lovin and caring for Wendy's only to make a mistake and have this store treat me like garage... Not sure how but they made all my points disappear in the app.. explain how I had 6000 points before I complained and now I have lost all my points and love for Wendy's..35 years gone because they are so greedy.

This location seems to be going downhill with time. Their nuggets are frequently so dry and just looking very bad from sitting for so long. The cheese sauce used to be smooth but now it is chunky and frequently has dark bits in it. They also used to give more cheese in a bigger cup than they do now if you ask for cheese on the side on a to-go order. Not even an option to order extra cheese sauce if you order on Skip. The tiny cup is not enough for all the chips. They have sour cream as a condiment option but also 90% of the time forget to add it to the order, whether in person or through Skip, yet they charge extra for it. Having sour cream would help offset the tiny amount of cheese. Honestly quality has just slipped tremendously at this location, my friends and I used to go quite often and I'd go at least once a week but now it is basically a last resort option. I keep thinking it was a one-off bad visit but like every time I return I get the same, stale, dry nuggets and the bare minimum chunky cheese. Time to start ordering from the further locations...

Went there tonight I'm only 5 mins away from restaurant got home and poutine was cold and fries were cold and gravy was even colder. Bacon on my baconator was hard as a rock wouldn't even eat it as jerky. Will be going back tomorrow for refund. Will not be buying from this store

Skipped a burger just now, come on guys, all that was on the burger was mayo and tomato. It was absolutely drowned in mayo.... And one small slice of tomatoe with the green end.... Are you joking.Honestly it's pathetic. Thanks for a gross burger that cost 16 dollars.
