Burger wasn't cooked,had to ask for fresh hot fries, cheese on the nachos not hot,and chili had way too many pinto beans....the restaurant was filthy

The guy they have working the front has to be the grumpiest and most useless employee. First he complains calling his co workers useless for not turning the menu boards, he then half ass hands a bag to his coworker drops it and makes her pick it up. And when I ask him to scan my points he pushes a button tells me it doesn’t work without even asking a manager. How he has a job dealing with customers I will never know. I will definitely not be returning here to deal with him again.

Stopped in after a late work night, about 9.30pm. Figured it would be a crapshoot. I was pleasantly surprised as the food was plentiful, hot and tasty.

I went on drive thru and ordered 2 dave single small combos and gave coupon for free baconator sandwich but just got one dave single sandwich. My one sandwich and baconator was missing and fries were even cold.

Absolutely terrible service today, I was 10 points off from a free burger so I went through the drive through to pay for something so I can redeem what I wanted. As I got up to the window this very rude old lady scanned my phone and said it didn’t work, she scanned again and just said have a good day. (The points didn’t get added to my account because she was too lazy to tell me it didn’t work again) I then went inside and they told me I would have to EMAIL corporate to get my points and in return offered me a free frosty. Absolutely terrible service today and I’d avoid this Wendy’s. The boss was there too and he didn’t even do anything about it!

If you place an order through an app for pickup and the employees think you're a skip/Uber driver, they have no problems treating you like garbage or even getting into an argument with you at the drivethrough. Of course only when they realize you're a customer do their tones change.
You'd think people who work in customer-facing jobs would know better than to treat other service employees like trash, yet here we are.
No, Karen, I won't walk into the 40 degree heat and walk inside to get my pickup order just because of some stupid policy. The drive through is completely empty. Hand it to me through the window.
