I recently ordered chicken nuggets from Wendy’s and they tasted really bad. The oil used felt old and nasty, and the nuggets had an unpleasant smell and taste. It didn’t feel fresh at all. I usually like Wendy’s, but this experience was disappointing. I hope the store checks their oil quality .

This is hands down the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. I went through the drive-thru after work just trying to grab a quick meal, and the employee was extremely rude from the start.
When I finally got my food, it was disgusting. The burger was basically raw, the buns had mold on them, my fries were ice cold, and the drink had dirt and particles floating around inside the cup. Completely unacceptable and honestly unsafe.
I pulled back through the drive-thru to ask for a refund, and the worker told me, “It’s not my issue, please leave.” No apology, no help, nothing.
Absolutely horrible service and food quality. I will never be returning to this location and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

All 3 cs interactions were very poor. I wasn't greeted at the speaker, or given a total. The woman at the first window opened it and slid the debit reader out the window, I was paying with cash and still had not been given a total yet. I handed her the cash and was given my change with no words, just the window closing back in my face. After waiting at the 2nd window the gentleman there finally opened it and with the same cold heartless look in his eyes as the first woman, handed me my bag and closed the window. I will not return to this location again, there is another Wendy's and several other choices instead.
