Is it so difficult to smile say hi bye when somebody walks into the store every time I mean every time same thing sad faces no meet and greet. I wonder what is wrong with this location

Four stars how. These guys don’t even deserve 1 star. Google Seriously, need to review the fake four stars at this place Customer service is way too off just pay your employees more or give them a training again.

Wendy’s, we ordered 2 cobb salads. The chicken was too hard to bite into. Was it reheated from yesterday? Is this the quality Wendy’s wants to be known for.? We are disappointed and wish we had gone elsewhere for the Cobb salad we were craving. I have a photo if you want it.

Let's paint a picture.... You just finished working a 12 hour shift as a snow plow operator in a bad all night blizzard. You finally are finished but you're absolutely famished. You haven't had wendys in a while and are craving a nice juicy Dave's Single Burger with fries seasoned perfectly and a refreshing cup of diet coke before you head home. But wait. What's this? The fries have no flavor in fact the flavor strongly represents a slightly burnt tasteless bland cut potato and the Coke doesn't taste like coke at all but pure soda water. The burger happened to be the only thing that was acceptable. As a customer who gets led down by an $11 meal after a long shift you can bet that any potential trips to this establishment are easily going away. And why? Because companies are continuesly hiring based on race and a supplemented program rather than youth who could learn in a challenging environment. CMON wendys. Its not that hard. Teach your employees how to add some salt to the fries and how to regularly change the syrup in the pop machine..... Extremely disappointing trip to this store and you've lost my trust for a good while.

Drive thru order was incorrect. They upgraded from the Dave's single to a bacon mushroom gooey cheese burger thing. It was difficult to finish.

We went through the drive thru about 630pm New Year's Day. Our order was two small combos, plus an additional chicken sandwich.
Got home, and everything was impressively still warm and the sandwiches were good. However, the combos came with one small fry and one kids' fry (no kids meals ordered)?! Why did I pay $40 for my family to get less than what we paid for? We're disappointed in the mistake because the rest of this experience was so great! The staff is prompt and friendly, the food was hot and tasted good...the missing fries would have made it a perfect 5-stars.

Forgot kids meal, didn’t bother saying anything to us as we were leaving. Got home, the order was wrong and they gave us no sauce for nuggets.

Also I know this isn’t a problem for this location alone but $45 for 4 people to eat at a fast food place is absurd

In my experience this location has always had fast drive-through service. I enjoy that there is plenty of seating and they also have a self-service machine. Being going there for about 4 years now and I have never had a bad experience

Horrible service!!! Have to go in 3 times to get a very simple order right. More focused on socializing with themselves than completing the order!! And loose your attitude!
