No matter where I go for food I always ask for extra-extra onion and everytime I never get it. Today I asked asked for an unholy amount of onions and they did not disappoint, x16 onion written on the receipt and it wasn't wrong. Thank you to the man over the speaker and thank you to the lady at window for confirming it wasn't an error

The fact that I have to post this is rather concerning….However due to the managers lack of interest/ concern in dealing with this matter, here I am….
1. Today I witnessed a Wendy’s employee use the washroom. 2. Said employee DID NOT wash her hands after using the washroom. 3. Said employee IMMEDIATELY went back to work with NO GLOVES preparing meals for customers. 4. I asked to speak with the manager to address my concerns regarding what just happened… The manager simply said “sorry…”
Stopped by this establishment last night wanted a quick bite...the guy taking my order didnt speak a word of english had to drive up and got my order in and was going to be charged almost $10 for for a $3.99 baked potatoe got home and my order was discusting old soggy potatoe no taste just one messy slop. Very disappointing smh

Been there only twice in 8 yrs... 1st time was back in 2017, not sure why the whole place smells like a public washroom. Food & Service was good @ least. 2nd time was in 2025, the place had truly been improved. ( No smells ) Food & service is ok.
