Been there only twice in 8 yrs... 1st time was back in 2017, not sure why the whole place smells like a public washroom. Food & Service was good @ least. 2nd time was in 2025, the place had truly been improved. ( No smells ) Food & service is ok.

Great Wendy’s that we like to stop at on the way up north. It’s fast food so you know it’s not fine dining but the people are super friendly and the place is clean and service is fast. I forgot to ask for no mayo on my daughters burger and she was very upset - the lady was very nice and brought her a new top for the bun - made her day Will be back here

BEWARE!! Wendy’s is scamming customers and doing creative math!! A coupon for 2 Spicy Chicken Combos cost $16.39 plus tax, however they charged me $18.69 plus tax. Now perhaps the average person wouldn’t notice a $2.00 plus difference. I’m not the average person. Nowadays every dollar counts. When I brought the price difference to the manager, I was told that is the price on the cash register and there is nothing he can do. How absurd is that?!?! How many customers have you robbed? To add insult to injury, time and time again what I ordered in the drive thru is not what’s in the bag. I asked for medium fries and was charged the additional price for medium fries. Told the guy in the drive thru to make sure it’s a medium fry. He tells me yes mam, no problem. Guess what’s in the bag? A SMALL FRY!!! So frustrating!! Everyone please carefully check your receipt, this has to stop!!!

Advertised hours say Tuesday 6:30 AM till 2 AM. We were very disappointed when arriving at this location at 9:40 pm although it was open, when we attempted to order, we were told the dining room was not open and if we wanted any food purchases, we must use the drive-through. Wendy’s is normally our go to fast food franchise, but this location may have changed our opinion as A&W was most receptive to our business in the diningroom.

The service we received was extremely disappointing. The lady at the register double charged us and didn’t apologize at all. Additionally, the food was dry and unappetizing. Overall, the experience was so poor that I would never return. Communication at the drive-through was lacking, with the staff member being quite rude. Furthermore, the outside screen was not functioning, making it difficult to check our order.

Was here today and asked for 2 medium meal combos. I paid and got my 2 drink cups and one was a small cup and the other was medium. I went to let the cashier know and he gave me a medium cup, I offered to pay the difference, he said no it was ok. I got my food and I thought everything else was in order. When I got home I took out the food and realized that one of the fries was a small instead of a medium. I paid for 2 medium combos and got scammed.
