Rip off got a chicken burger and was about 1/4 of inch thick. In the middle it was all bread it was missing chicken!!! About a third of chicken was missing on left side!! LOOK HOW THIN IT IS for 15 doller combo they also shrunk the fries again.

Absolutely terrible service. They forgot to bag a whole combo and kept claiming and arguing with us over the phone for minutes that it was given to us. They “checked the cameras” and gave us attitude only to keep watching and find out that an employee did in fact forget to bag a combo that we paid for. No apologies whatsoever from the managers working, even when we had to drive back to pick up the missing food that we paid for. They also don’t fill the fries and don’t provide napkins or receipts. It’s horrid to blame your customers for mistakes that you and your employees are making with such an extreme lack of accountability. Won’t ever be coming back here and won’t recommend it to anyone.

Food was cold I live 3km from store, the food was all cold. The order was delivered quickly once picked up, but food was COLD. There is no way a burger would be totally cold in the time it took to deliver it. Driver was quick.
Missing order of chicken strips Spilled drink, bag was soaking wet at bottom Called Wendy’s and DoorDash for resolution. Both are blaming the other for the issues. Neither appeared to give a dam They were both just eager to get off the phone and didn’t care if I was satisfied with response Neither one even asked if I was happy or satisfied with their response. Wendy’s has gone down the toilet in the last few months. I do NOT recommend them at all
