Food was cold I live 3km from store, the food was all cold. The order was delivered quickly once picked up, but food was COLD. There is no way a burger would be totally cold in the time it took to deliver it. Driver was quick.
Missing order of chicken strips Spilled drink, bag was soaking wet at bottom Called Wendy’s and DoorDash for resolution. Both are blaming the other for the issues. Neither appeared to give a dam They were both just eager to get off the phone and didn’t care if I was satisfied with response Neither one even asked if I was happy or satisfied with their response. Wendy’s has gone down the toilet in the last few months. I do NOT recommend them at all

We were at this location when the power went out during the ice storm. The staff were so amazing and made sure my son and I got our food even when the store was in the dark! Thank you! So friendly and helpful, we appreciate you.

The service was terrible, one of the lady's who gave me my food gave me a super passive aggressive comment when I asked for a straw. They were very rude and it was completely uncalled for. They need to learn what respect is

One of the only FAST FOOD places that actually cares about customer service and how the food comes out. Haven't had one complaint and I'm here at least 5 times a week. The staff is amazing! But the Orange Hi-C is to die for. Lol
Everything Scary
I was the epitome of obnoxious tonight. I was having a birthday with a bunch of kids who wanted to dress their own burgers. Brandy was the supervisor on staff and she gladly packaged all of the toppings on the side. There were 2 that were gluten free for a little GF guy and I was sure with all the confusing modifications there would be something that went wrong, and I would not have blamed them one bit. Saturday night and a lady comes in with 8,000 modifications. But everything was perfect, she was more pleasant than a lot would have been in that situation and my little guy was super excited to feel like he was working at his own restaurant. 10/10. Thank you to all who helped and I apologize!

This location always goes above and beyond. I have been here when it’s been inundated by teenagers and they handle them with calm and control. It’s so refreshing to see this. This restaurant always is clean and the staff are very friendly. Wendy’s should be proud.

I had a disappointing experience at Wendy’s today. The customer service was poor – no greetings or friendly interactions .One of the employees at the POS had a rude expression throughout.She wasn’t even wearing a name tag. They didn’t ask if it was takeout or dine-in, which is something you usually expect. It’s clear that there’s a lack of basic customer service skills here. I hope they improve their approach to making customers feel welcome.
