We had a family gathering today. It was easy to book and Jordan, our server, was amazing; she helped us set up decorations before everyone arrived and helped with the cleanup.

Best patio in Barrie. Very good service, know their customers and take care of them, the food is excellent, however, the prices are a bit high.

I visited Wickie’s Bar and Restaurant today, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing, particularly with the kitchen service. I ordered a burger, which arrived on an already used plate—not the most appetizing presentation. Deciding to give it a chance, I noticed no spread on the burger, so I requested some mayonnaise. It took 10 minutes before I was informed that the cook had stepped out, and another 5 minutes passed before the cook returned. By that time, my burger had already gone cold.

Had to leave for the 3rd time trying. Live very close and tried to give it the benefit of the doubt. Sat for 20 min. Not busy at all and no one came to greet us or ask anything. Got up and left and all we got was a look. Brutal service. Will not give it another try.

Service sucked, 10 minutes for the first 2. beer. My friend ordered her beer she had to go to bar to ask for her beer after 15 minutes waiting. She had a very rude attitude towards my friend, we asked for the bill and left. Will not be going back

Went recently for the first time to play some Scrabble. The beef dip sandwich was the best I've had in Barrie, and fries were on point. Service was good, and food came out fast and fresh. Can't wait to try out the rest of the menu

Ordered 1lbs of wings x2 each order being $22. Received order and there are NO fries just 8 wings. 16!wings for $50. Called restaurant to see if there had been a mistake with the order, the restaurant said “oh no thats correct.” (The lady who answered the phone was nice enough) but not nice enough to justify $50 at all. The absolute shock at the cost of this menu and portions… will never order from Wickies again.

We had a fantastic pub style meal here. All the weight staff were incredibly friendly and gave excellent service. Highly recommend This pub.

My friends and I go in and sit down, my 2 friend's got their beer, I did not, waited 15 mins and had to go to the bar and ask for my beer. Waitress was rude and ignorant and took her time bringing my beer.
Would highly recommend NOT going to the Wickies on Grove St.

Had a great dinner with my family. The best part is they are pet friendly we called to see if we could bring our two dogs onto the patio they were supper friendly they loved to see the dogs anytime they were checking on us. The dogs were quite happy as well about the attention and to be able to sit with us. Great time I recommend it.

Really disappointed by my experience today. It had rained that morning but was warm and dry during my 30 minute walk to Wickies. I like going here because I can walk and bring my dogs on the patio. When I arrived I asked if I could have a bite to eat and a drink on the patio and was told no the patio was closed. I asked if she could just wipe off one table or give me a cloth and I would do it. Still she said no. Won’t be bringing my service back here, would rather go somewhere else where I am welcomed.

Dropped in for a pint while passing through town. Seems like a nice joint
