Not a great recent experience. We order multiple $50+ orders a week. Last order we tried to get a buy one get one deal. We made a mistake placing the order but contacted the restaurant immediately after placing the order. Was told there was nothing that could be done and they couldn't honor the deal. Great way to lose an consistent customer.

Absolute gem in Barrie. Their vibe is so nice. It’s hard explain how lovely it is here. The food is SPECTACULAR. Super fresh and delicious and full of flavour. Their menu is loaded with delicious quality foods inclusive to everyone. Taste is beyond amazing. Their service is lovely and warm. It’s just a lovely place to be and I’m so happy my friend recommend it!! I HIGHLY suggest Williams Cafe to anyone. If you’re looking a place with great food, good people and relaxing vibes on a nice summer day. Go to Williams Cafe!!!

Best chai tea latte we’ve ever had of all coffee shops, and their warm apple cider is really tasty. Atmosphere of the restaurant is very calm and peaceful. Lived in Barrie for a couple years now and sad we didn’t try this place sooner!!!

Williams is by far my favourite coffee spot in Barrie. I am never, NEVER disappointed. My coffee, lattes and cappuccinos are always made exactly to my liking. The food is always fresh and perfectly prepared. The atmosphere in the cafe makes you feel like you’re in a sit com and you’re the main character regardless of if you’re at a booth, table, or the couches at the front. I get excited to go here. I just can’t wait for my huge latte, my turkey blt and a pickle!!!

Amazing food, friendly service, it can be a wee bit loud some days, which if the room isn’t reserved, can be resolved by sitting inside the glass room. Overall I highly recommend Williams Fresh Cafe.
Wheelchair accessibility: From parking spots, to automatic door buttons. Also a large wheelchair accessible stall (ladies room, not sure about men’s)

Finally starting to explore the world of cafes and I am throughly enjoying it so far ! Usually not my scene but this place is absolutely adorable. The sun room is unbelievable and has such an amazing atmospheres. Was helped by Olivia and she was so kind and very caring. She made the experience wonderful.
Will be coming again and recommending this place to my friends.
Williams is always excellent. Tried the grilled cheese with bacon and the cheese quesadilla with chicken and the roasted red pepper soup which also came with garlic bread. It was all delicious and the price was okay too. Strongly recommended. I just wish there were more Williams locations in southern Ontario since there might not always be one near by.

Genuinely a horrible experience. Katey rushed us at every step of our order. The employee seemed annoyed at every stage of the conversation and was frustrated with us taking less than a min or two to decide on what to order.
It didn’t seem busy but even if it was - for someone who’s new to ordering from this store, I can safely say this is not at all the experience I was expecting to have from the employees.
