Disappointed as I used to love this place. Recently ordered a Caesar wrap and London fog for lunch. Wrap was mostly all tortilla with a piece of lettuce, piece of chicken, piece of bacon and dressing. Very small for $15.

Went there with a buddy from church, good vibes, good food, good service.

Smells like coffee... like the good kind... honestly amazing business.

Have been happy with other Williams in the past but would not recommend this location. Should have walked out after being “greeted” by the cashier; she was quite unpleasant and we felt very rushed. Our classic breakfast was served within minutes - it was clearly premade, far from fresh. The waffle came out over 20 minutes later which seemed like it was sitting in the kitchen for a while. Overall, for the price, not worth it.

Relative to the quality of food and service you receive here, this place has got to be one of, if not the, most reasonably priced places around. Service is always great. Food is always good. Its clean and chill if youre looking to grab a bite or cup of Java and read or if you're looking to chat, it's a good spot either way.

We visited their cafe for the first time, and it was an indeed the worst experience there. That includes their costumer service which was very poor, the lady who took order was so arrogant and not helpful at all which nobody expects from a cashier as a costumer. However when she hand over our food I thanked her twice very politely but she was so arrogant with her behaviour and didn’t say a word neither she expressed a word. I do understand they might have a lot of work to do there but being arrogant to a costumer for no reason is quite disgusting . The food was good though.hope they train a specific staff well.

I like going to williams to study because of the ambiance of the place it’s very cozy, reminds me of a 2000’s coffee shop and it’s spacious. Although I frequent here I’ve started to avoid this place because of the employees working. The employees are very rude and they seem like they’re in a rush to take my order as if the place is busy when it’s completely empty. I’m not sure what her name is but she has glasses and she’s very rude everytime I go. I always try to give this place the benefit of the doubt but the employees need some serious training on customer service. The cons of this place outweigh the pros, but I hope they can have a rebrand on how to serve and treat customers.

I ordered food to my workplace, and they didn’t include cutlery. I called and said that they forgot to put it in, and the answer I got was: “You didn’t select it in the app,” said in a very rude way. This is unacceptable - cutlery must come with the order, the customer should not have to choose it themselves. Terrible service. Thank you for ruining my mood.

This was my first time visiting, and I ordered a vanilla iced latte. Unfortunately, it was almost entirely milk with barely any coffee - so much so that I couldn’t even finish it. On top of that, the person at the register didn’t seem very friendly, which made the experience less welcoming. I really wanted to enjoy my visit, but overall it was disappointing.

Usually, I love going to Williams for the friendly service and welcoming atmosphere, but today’s experience was very disappointing. Kaitlyn R did not greet us upon arrival, and rudely asked if we were ready to order yet. Afterwards, we were questioned about why we came through the drive-through, which made us feel unwelcome. To make matters worse, we witnessed Kaitlyn rudely yell at one of her coworkers in front of customers. Overall, the service today was incredibly off-putting and not at all what I have come to expect from Williams.

This is a fantastic place to have lunch and maybe even work on your laptop or take a client to lunch.
The atmosphere is great here. Each booth has reasonable privacy. I highly recommend this place. The price are very fair and comparable and the food is very good.
