This morning my husband myself and my two children sat down for breakfast and had the pleasure of being served by Kylie . Kylie was quick,attentive to detail & had a warm personality . She was quick to each one of her tables around her as well as communicating with her coworkers on a busy Sunday morning . She came back TWICE to ensure she understood my very weird order which is something we don’t tend to get anymore in service. I have served off and on the last 8 years and look for the service I give everywhere. I haven’t found it at all in the last 3 years.. until today. We will definitely be back again thanks to Kylie .

I pick up deliveries here all the time.. probably at least 50 times to be honest as Ive been doing deliveries in Barrie fullltime for the past 3 years and every single time I come into this establishment they treat and talk to me like a second class citizen. I’ve never felt the need to review them but this time, I was absolutely compelled to because the level of respect with the customer service is disgusting.
I came in and a young woman approached me with a blank face and simply said “What are you here for?..” Like seriously? That’s how you interact with people? What’s the excuse? I’m a delivery person so I’m exempt from receiving at least sub par customer service?
Let me remind you, delivery people are picking up orders on the customers BEHALF so you should be treating delivery people just as you would treat your patrons that come in and have a seat in your restaurant! And also, I’m a person as well and I have a family and we are potential customers as well but now I don’t think we will ever come and give this place our business with what I’ve witnessed.

Came here for a milkshake on Saturday @9:15pm as the hours were to close at 10pm , drove quite a distance to find out that they’re closed. False hours.

Went for breakfast today, wasn’t busy, people may of showed up at once but food was okay, terrible service. The waiter forgot everything and I didn’t even get my full meal I finished what I got and left. I’m never coming back here it’s not the first time the visit has been sub par
Ordered a $9 milkshake, came in a small cup and half full. Reported the issue to both Wimpys and doordash both couldn't care less. Needless to say it's the last time ordering or going to Wimpys dinner.
