The food was awful. Though the ingredients had potential the sauce tasted like subway chili sauce filled with salt sugar and no genuine flavour

I placed my order for crispy chicken with rice and lemon sauce. They did not have any rice prepared so I chose a noodle, ribbon noodle. When I got the order home and opened it, there was no sauce. The noodles were a huge ball of starch, sitting in the box and the chicken, which was not crispy at all, was sitting in the bottom all stuck together. This order was not edible. This was not an inexpensive meal. You might want to pick a different location if you're still interested in Wok Box.

I ordered a birthday day dinner for my wife and I, two kung pao chickens. We open the boxes only to find one of them has nice proper long strips of chicken in a decent quantity, making for a well-balanced, proper meal. The other one on the other hand came with these tiny scrap looking pieces of chicken and little quantity, making for a super low in protein meal, for a dish highlighted by its chicken. Probably had the equivalent of half a drumstick worth of chicken in the whole meal. Absolutely ridiculous. I called the restaurant the next day with video and picture evidence, and politely explained what had happened, knowing it could've been an innocent mistake, and the manager said they would review the situation. They then email me later on saying that they checked their camera footage, and concluded that their employees did nothing wrong and that they weren't going to do anything about it. So, answered back and sent the video and pictures, and wrote a tactful and sincere reply, and the extent of what they offered is a 10% credit for next time... not even enough to cover the tax. The way they take their customers for idiots, and do not have any remorse for their errors, or care for customer satisfaction is baffling. Even McDonald's has better customer service than that! I would 100% not recommend to anybody. Side note, the food itself is nothing to special in the slightest either. Not worth it at all. What you see in the photo is exactly every piece in the whole dish... not enough protein for anybody, not even my grandma.

Food was great. But I made the mistake of not looking for the little hot sauce sign. Be sure to check for spicy symbols.

Used to go fairly often for takeout (biweekly) but it looks like they changed their POS and preset tips are now a thing. They start at 15% and the guy at the counter was staring me down as I went thru the payment process almost daring me to skip. Not really interested in going back any time soon.

I Worked a 16 hour day and was to tired to cook dinner so figured we would try wokbox again after a couple years. Came in with a buy one get one free coupon. Tried to order a third butter chicken as the daily special at 20% off and a a box off the value meal. I was told I could only apply one discount. After saying I would place two seperate orders the guy agreed to honor the butter chicken at the 20% off but then charged me full price $13.99 on the everyday value menu meal that should have been $10.99. Yes I realize I'm talking about $3 plus tax but this is terrible customer service.
I'm a single mom and things are right for everyone. It incredibly embarrassing having to insist that they apply the correct pricing. Based on this unfortunately I will not be back and I will not recommend wokbox to anyone.
I have 20+ years of experience in food/customer service and think this is a crappy way to run a business. I understand if I was trying to use multiple coupons that that would be an issue but I wasn't.. I used a coupon, ordered the daily special and 1 item on the value menu.

Came across the promotion 25% off if you were a first time buyer through the app in which I did, my whole order came about to $73ish after tax ($63 before). I got to the store and was told that the promo is “added automatically”, I explained to the person that “I was not prompted any options to add any code and was not given any code for the 25% after signing up”. I was told multiple times that the promo is added automatically but the only thing that was added is the tax. Advertisement is misleading and they should have a system where if you sign up as a first time buyer, they email you a code specifically for you.
