Very poor customer service at the hot food counter. Staff just ignore you and chat to each other while you stand there waiting to get food. Clearly no managers working here to explain to the younger staff what customer service is. The older staff are fine.

A lot of rotten food is sold here. Workers do not seem to care about blocking aisles, running in to customers with their big carts, blocking walkways while just visiting with each other (not actually doing any necessary tasks). There should be a bit more quality control given how expensive it is!

Really unfortunate repeat experience with running out of BBQ chickens. The Big Bay Point Zehrs has always been consistently stocked with chickens, and, if they aren't, they provide a voucher for a free chicken on your next visit. This location does not advertise this policy, and, only offers compensation if no more chickens will be cooked that day. 4 out of the 6 times I have tried to get a chicken at Zehrs between the hours of 3 and 6, they have been out. This has only happened to me twice whie living near the south end location in the past two years. Hopefully management sees this and can provide a resolution to their customers that rely on the consistency.

The worst Zehrs, with the worst management anyone can imagine. I purchased 2 trays of wings, 1 bag of potatoes, 1 bag of carrots, br3ad, milk, .... bill was an exorbitant 62.00 dollars, ... I drove home and opened the wings, ... can't describe the smell that filled up my kitchen, rot, road kill etc... smell of death, ... immediately I drive back to the store and asked for a refund after I showed them what the wings smell like, ... that's when things went wrong, the customer support lady actually told me that she can give me back 50 percent of what I paid! I obviously got angry, and raised my voice, out of nowhere some guy shows up in my face, and starts yapping at me, after I basically shoved the wings in his nose, he immediately calmed down, and stated that the 50 percent refund is the right way to go. What kind of management is there at this pathetic Zehrs? Any respectable store wouldn't even question someone in my situation!! So... after 45 minutes of yelling and arguing in front of the cashiers and people in line, and after the satire area was filled with the snell of rotting flesh, the so called manager finally decided that the right thing to do is refund me what I paid for the wings in full, ... after all this, when I started using the potatoes, half of them went to garbage due to rotting ... they all looked good on the outside but when you peel and cut them... the centers are all rot... as far as I am concerned, the Zehrs on Duckworth is the worst Zehrs in the country.

Zherz on cuddles 3:29 I went the zhers to grab food n a dog treat i met wonderful people who loved to greet and say hi to mya and I even a small child I'd say around 3 was playing with mya for a couple mins having a blast as a kart pulled to close to the child mya barked didn't scare the child nor was the Mom worried or the person driving the cart I said sorry they finished playing and we went on our way got to the check out and was told a service dog shouldn't bark that she wasn't able to come back in the store I tried explaining that it wasn't a threat to anyone she was looking out the the child and I the manger said for the safety of my workplace and public she's not allowed Not to mention they but a brand new dog park right behind the store honestly baffles me to say a dog can't bark but I paid for my things and left very frustrated by the way I was treated today never been confronted like that before there many different ways to address someone and there personally mental health issues and don't worry I won't come back I understand we are no longer welcome shopping there
Nice and big zhers that used to be a Loblaws, I have found some good discounted item here from time to time, 9/10 will shop again

Zehrs has pretty much what you are looking for and when it comes to price yes it's a little expensive but that's every way and Zehrs is a clean shop so all I have to say is thank you for a clean environment

The best health team ever. Sarah is the most caring and pleasant human. Always knows what to say ! Let’s face it going to get a prescription is always a concern, but there care and professionalism is wonderful.

Dylanha was amazing at helping me out with my purchases today. The employees I have interacted with here are all very pleasant and super helpful! I always have a nice time coming in here to get my snacks and drinks, and they have an amazing selection!
