Don't appreciate being lied to after I get to your store that it closes at 9:45, when it's clearly posted you close at 10. Especially when I get off work at 9:30 and was hoping to get some food before you close for good Friday.

Lots of stock, most is fresh, fruits and vegetables seem to be a hit or miss! Moldy apples, strawberries, tomatoes, got to check them well before buying. Would have given 4 stars, but last night we were here, I was bagging my own groceries, and a supervisor came over a told off the wonderful cashier I had, for not bagging my groceries! Just so the store is aware she offered to bag my groceries, I said I would bag my own, I go here a lot I live 3 minutes away, the lady I had as a cashier is wonderful she is always is!!!, everything this grocery store needs as a cashier! Have a talk with your supervisor as she clearly is new at it, or is just rude!!!

The best run store in Barrie. Lacks a few higher end items which are available at Loblaws, but the meat is good, the produce is fantastic, the selection is stellar. They have beer and wine. The owner is almost always on checkout #1. They care and it shows.
I received a gift from Joe Fresh and had gift receipts. Twice I went in to see the value of the gifts to return or exchange them and the employees were new and couldn't help me. The third visit I was directed to the 'courtesy bar' (customer service) where they could thankfully tell me the value of th eitems but could not provide a refund; only an exchange. However, this took over 15 minutes for them to figure out the process and they had to call the store manager! 3 visits and I still have the items and the gift receipts. Better training for employees is needed!

I *used* to do all my shopping here - this *was* my main store. Unfortunately they are much more expensive comparatively so I choose to go elsewhere now. The difference in my monthly grocery spend is significant by shopping elsewhere. That said, they still get 2 stars because it is a clean, well stocked store. Its a shame really.
