Absolutely the worse customer service I've ever have. My party of five just arrived to sample beers and buy some cans to go. An easy $100 sale for 15mins of work. We were rushed out of the brewery with 35mins to closing by a very rude man who brought us to the restaurant next door and gave us menus and tried sitting us at a table. When we explained AGAIN, were not eating, we're buying cans, he said the girl will be right there. 10min went by, nothing, so we left and will never be back again. HORRIBLE customer service!!!

We waited for about 20 minutes with many patio tables available that just needed to be cleared and an empty indoor space. Staff were chatting indoors, acknowledged we were there, and said they'd be with us shortly. 20 minutes later, we left.

The wait tends to be quite long, not just for food but also for wait staff. I feel like it could be such a nice place if it was better managed or invested into. The food is decent, but not worth the price and the wait. It's not a bad evening eating there and I've been many times but I always leave feeling disappointed to some degree. Likely in part because of their dwindling beer supply- the menu was never accurate in terms of what beer they had, there was no signage to let customers know and the wait staff didn't advise guests until they attempted to order a drink.

Waited 15 mins to be offered a water and we were the only ones there. My kid’s burger bun was burnt so I asked for a plain one and was given a frozen one, they did not have vodka for a Caesar. This was for a $50 bill. Despite all of this, I left a small tip as I was not satisfied at all. The waitress then went and complained loudly enough for myself to hear that I only tipped 10%… you should have got nothing. Extremely rude service staff.
