The staff bend over backwards for the customers. In the restaurants defense, tge Albion was closed and The Black Dog had long line ups. So Captain Harry's Grill was extremely busy. My friend ordered fish n chips, I ordered the burger n Ceasar salad. Her chips were extremely over cooked same as the fish, my Cesar salad was not made with romaine lettuce. The burger was delicious. But the salad was drowning in dressing. I had asked for very light dressing as I am lactose intolerant. But they removed the cost of my friends frys and my salad. This shows good customer service. I thanked and properly tipped the waitress.

The food was okay. And pretty fast. I just thought there would be more than one slice of bacon with "bacon and eggs". It doesn't help to serve it cut in half to make it look like you're getting more. And maybe even add a second slice of toast. It was a lot of money for a little bit of food.

After parking, we found ourselves right in front of Captain Harry's Bar & Grill on Main St., North. They had a menu to take a look at before entering and being seated, so we went in and began being taken great care of. The young Lady was very cordial and quick. The food was extremely good.

Very enjoyable patio experience! The staff were great, and very hardworking. Great selection of beers. The fish tacos are just excellent!
Excellent restaurant! The food was very good. We got the dill chicken sandy and the veggie burger, and both were amazing. The fries were nice (could have been a bit crispier, but I’m picky). Honestly, I would drive back from Toronto just to eat here again.. I strongly recommend!
Vegetarian options: Great veggie burger, and veggie/vegan tacos or BBQ tofu sandwich available too.
Dietary restrictions: They have veggie and vegan option(s)
Wheelchair accessibility: The outside patio is definitely accessible to wheelchairs.

We kind of stubbled upon this location as we were looking for another place that we intended on eating, but this one was easy to find.My favorite part was certainly the atmosphere. It is conducive to being social. The tables are lined up to accommodate groups of people, and the music was phenomenal! I didn't get the name of the artist, but a very talented guitarist.The menu is limited, and that is where there is certainly room for improvement. I would have loved to see some more fresh options - perhaps a ceviche??? Salsa and chips???We decided to go with the Dill Fried Chicken Sandy with poutine, and the fish and chips.The Dill fried Chicken Sandy is a must. The dill sauce was delectable, the chicken was nice and crispy, but not greasy. I would not suggest getting the poutine. It was not worth the upgrade, and after trying it, I would have preferred the fries on their own - which is uncommon for me...The fish and chips (Captains Catch) were what was to be expected of them. Tasty.My ginger ale seemed to have a taste similar to over chlorinated water. I actually didn't end up drinking it and it made us want to leave earlier.Also suggest to include some easy non-alcoholic options for drinks.Will definitely be getting that tasty Dill fried Chicken Sandy again.
