Absolutely D-licious!!!! I always order steak at every restaurant so It was nice to see they had a pork chop option which I had, I was not disappointed …it was thick & very Juicy the vegetables were very flavourful! Friendly staff I would love to come back and highly recommend! Eating in the yurt!

Had a wonderful NYE dinner here. Small spot but great service. A few tables inside with a yurt out back for a more unique dining experience. Only complaint is that large people can’t sit in booths because the table isn’t high enough. The drinks I tried (espresso martini and NA dirty chai martini) were ok, a little too sweet and watery. However I did like that they had so many NA cocktails on the menu! the food was unbelievable! Got arancini and a bbq chicken pizza as appetizers and they were both incredible. Tried all the pastas, the mushroom pasta is the stand out. The desserts (tiramisu and lemon tart) were also far above average. Next time I would focus on pizza and apps and leave extra room for desserts. Yum!Dietary restrictions: Were attentive to my nut allergy

Went for a drive for our anniversary because the wife wanted to eat at a small restaurant and not in London. Sure glad we did this because we stumbled upon this quaint establishment. Everything about this restaurant was spot on. I gotta tell you that it was love at first bite. Thank you OLIO for making our night special.

The slowest service I have experienced in probably a really long time. We were on the patio, and spent almost an hour waiting for our food. We were served our drinks and our food orders were taken then…. nothing happened for the next 80 minutes, when the waiter reappeared - we enquired where our food was (other tables were being served before us, even though they came in after us), the server mumbled something and that was it. He came back a few minutes later with two pizzas (which were not the ones we ordered).I would not recommend this place. Also, I personally did not like the food(even after waiting for 80 mins). Also they dont serve Fries...

Derry Sylvester agreed June 6, 2023 to make me two charcuterie boards for my party Aug 27th. He emailed me suggestions for the boards and everything was set. I stopped into the Olio Restaurant restaurant and met with Derry and agreed I would be in touch closure to the date. I emailed Aug 13th stating I was away until the 18th and would check with Derry the 18th. I emailed Aug 18th no response, I called his cel Aug 19th and left a message asking Derry to call no response. Needless to say I never heard from Derry so emailed the 22nd stating I guess he wasn't doing the boards and how disappointed.

We came here from out of town a few days, and it was the cutest vibe on the back patio! No wait time, our server Payton was so lovely and making sweet conversation with us. The food was divine! We would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone!

It was our last night in pretty Bayfield and we decided to treat ourselves to an Italian dinner, so following the reviews, we ended up here. Having our dog with us, we were given a table outside on the patio. No water bowl was brought outside for our dog. This is for sure not mandatory, but it’s nice when your dog is treated to a nice bowl of fresh water, especially being such a hot summer night. We were served our drinks and our food orders were taken then…. nothing happened for the next 50 minutes, when the waiter reappeared to refill our water. When asked where our food was (other tables were being served before us, even though they came in after us), the waiter mumbled something and off he went. He came back a few minutes later with two brownish pizzas (we had ordered two Margheritas, which are usually red with tomato sauce and white with mozzarella cheese…), when we asked what kind of pizzas these were he replied they were exactly what we ordered.Absolutely not worth the money, also considered it’s one of the most expensive restaurants in the area.Go to The black dog instead.

The manager was phenomenal! She provided amassing service and knew exactly what to recommend. She suggested an off the menu drink that was amazing! As an Italian, I was thoroughly impressed with the pasta!! The food, drinks and bonus focaccia bread was all delicious. Definitely my go to for whenever we return to Bayfield! Do yourself a favour and dine at Olio!!!

We took a trip to Bayfield or a day trip and had lunch at Olio. It was a busy day at this resto since the rain started pouring down, so we chose this restaurant for convenience and we bet on a lucky horse! The cauliflower soup was outstanding. It had thyme and was finished with Parmesan. We had the Bayfield special pizza that had chorizo and bacon and topped with maple. The Brussels sprouts and the salad were also delicious. Will definitely come back to this spot when we come back to Bayfield.

Set within the charming character of Bayfield, Olio is a quaint little restaurant offering fresh menu options at a reasonable price. Fried brussels sprouts with bacon and maple syrup were a great starter. Bayfield maple pizza was delicious as was the pork chop; both great to share! The small setting doesn’t offer many table options inside, so we were exposed to excessive noise from the bar and kitchen, making conversation difficult. Overall the food was delicious offering good value.
