The donuts are very beautifully & neatly made just like shown in pictures. Yesterday came to this Tim early morning and it was very busy there was a very nice lady who was making the wraps and sandwiches and suddenly the baker named Anmol Was helping her. He was very polite and had a jolly nature. He was managing his inside kitchen and outside work parallely. I was very much happy to see his dedication and hard work. May god bless him with success ahead.
The manager is rude and needs to learn people skills. while waiting for coffee the plastic barrier fell down several times. the kid at cash told her that it wouldn't stay in place. She snapped back "well customers need to stop touching it" The kid at cash looked at me absolutely embarrassed by her comment. I said no one is touching it, you need to secure it properly. she just turned her back. Reading other comments about rude staff doesn't surprise me it comes from the top down....read full review
