We actually thought this was a joke - this is a full order of sweet potato fries. I called in to ask if there was a mistake or half the order was missing, and was told they aren’t allowed to serve larger portions. $7.25 for 14 fries. Such a disappointment, we used to love BF&C for their good value.

Was here at 7:24pm and I understand they close at 8 both myself and the guy behind me had to call to the back several times before someone would come out to serve us. We originally wanted to sit in and eat with 6 of us but the dinning room was closed sad as they would have mad great tips! Food was good

Second time ordering from here. Skipped it. Both times we received only half the order. Fries not cooked and tasted old. Fish over done and tasted like burnt oil. Nobody checking back orders to the ticket to validate. Kids running it and no leader on site. Disaster and never again. Shocked they’re still in business.

So disappointed. I order online and was supposed to get the halibut with onion rings. The halibut I thought was battered. Clearly it wasn’t and for such an expensive fish(which I always get halibut and know I pay more) it was the tiniest piece ever. The tartar sauce was also horrible. Maybe start making your own. Won’t order online again.

I’m British and this is the closest I’ve had to fish & chips from the UK thus far in Canada!! The fish was awesome, the chips just aren’t exactly like British chips which is why I left 4 stars (tbf; they are hard to replicate)
