I absolutely love this location in beamsville the staff is always friendly and food is always cooked very well and tastes great. I recommend all my friends and family to go and sit down for a meal and never hear anything negative

I brought three of my lady friends here to Beamsville for a birthday fish dinner and it was so cold we had to eat with our coats on...we are loyal customers of this establishment and are very disappointed that we couldn't contact anyone owner or personal to fix the issue... it's inhumane to expect staff to work in these conditions..it's December 2 2024 one would expect the place to be heated so you can enjoy your meal in comfort

I booked for 20 people for a Saturday. We were having a memorial lunch to mark the one year passing of a loved one who was a big fan of the place.
The staff were amazing and took care of the group. They delivered the preplanned appetizers and brought everyone the fish and chips piping hot and delicious.
We also enjoyed coffee/tea service and overall were very accommodated.
My mother and I will continue to visit at least 1 Saturday a month and highly recommend the food, the staff and the management.
Dietary restrictions: My sister is gluten/yeast free. They made her a poached salmon with mashed potatoes. They were easily able to accommodate her needs.
Parking: There are around 10-12 spots out front plus others in the plaza around the location.
Kid-friendliness: We had a 7 year old and a 16 month old. The restaurant provided a booster and crayons/colouring pages. The kids menu is good and they both ate well.

Food is always delicious. Made the mistake of substituting sweet potato fries for regular fries for an extra $2 ……mistake! There were less than a third of the amount of sweet potato fries as there would have been regular fries.

This evening at 4:15 I tried to order fish and chips. I was caller number 5 and the voice said 1 minute wait time. As I got closer in number the wait time got to 32 minutes. I gave up and ordered pizza and got service right away. The fish and chips are great from here but they need someone to answer the phone.

The fish and chips here are done really well! Very tasty for a nice Snack whenever you’re hungry! Atmosphere is bland but don’t mistaken this for the quality of their fish! Excellent.

Minus the overcooked rubbery shrimp I received ..thought a spring mix salad would be a nice change from the usual fries. Wrong. Wilted soggy greens and mouldy fuzzy cucumbers? Absolute trash and very concerning how food is handled and stored there now. Will not be returning. 0/10. Beware everyone and check your food if you decide to go there.

This is for your beamsville location.. I live right next door in the new condominium building on greenlane rd and every single time I call for pick up they leave you on hold for 3-5 mins then when the calls through they hang up. I thought it might’ve been a glitch so I called again and the same thing happened. Later on I went by to place my order and noticed that the young girls working were declining the calls then seen giggling about the actions after. Disgusting if you ask me. So sad to be like this because I love your guys fish and chips. Just can’t stand utter disrespect. Fix up guys!

The fish was cooked well and the batter was a good balance. One portion was exceptional and the second was significantly unbalanced in weight. Tartar sauce is NOT included ? onion rings portions are small and fry portions have drastically decreased.
Parking: Be cautious in the parking lot. Many elderly patrons choose to be ignorant with sharing limited spaces and are negligent with parking appropriately in spaces.

My friend and I ordered the senior special with a side order of battered mushrooms. Everything was so delicious. The fish was large and tasty, the fries were nicely fried, the coleslaw was yummy and the mushrooms were the best I've ever had. The waitress was very efficient and friendly. Nice atmosphere and a clean bathroom. Will visit again.
