1 person working takes time for your order and grilled chicken tasted like cardboard and gum
Really sad to see the food quality going down over past several months. Today we ordered burrito bowls with grilled chicken. The chicken chunks were chewy and inedible. The ingredients feel stale. Not going to recommend to anyone. Seems like a neglected branch that they dont care about.

I ordered online for a pickup. I arrived at the time I ordered. The girl said she had no orders. Then she looked at the computer and said, oh yeah sorry I didn’t see it. She made the order. I got it home it was awful. I spent $25. I will never go back!!!

I reached there around 9.30 pm, near their closing time and staff was serving someone else that time ..Staff was about to close the store but still took my order even after 9.30 pm. 👏 Thank u so much to show the enthusiasm and dedication towards your work , i m glad that i got my burrito 😀

Seriously she doesn't understand English. Couldn't order will never go back and I love burrito guyz st Catharines. Asked if I could get the two can dine for 27.99 which is posted in the window. She gave me a weird look and said what I think. The can dine special on the window can I do that. Yea she says then she says meat. I said yes chicken. Proceeds to give me a dirty look and then like she doesn't know what she's doing. I said chicken. She gives me another weird look and slowly pulls out paper Clearly at this point she doesn't understand me. I walked out I don't want to sit there explaining things to someone that doesn't understand English. Nor would I have gotten what I ordered. Too bad I was hungry. Oh well!
