We decided to stop to grab a blizzard at the Beamsville Dairy Queen and were highly disappointed. I came in around 8pm with my sister who had an allergy. A blizzard that she has ordered many times without issue was ordered. The lady behind the counter was rude when telling us that there is peanuts in the blizzard. When we told her that we have had it before and that as long as the machine is wiped down it will be okay. The staff member continued to complain to her other co-worker to the point we could hear. As she handed us the blizzard she reminded us again that there is definitely peanuts in there. We watched her wipe down the machine and could guarantee that there were no peanuts in the blizzard. I appreciate that she attempted to inform us of the risks however it felt as if the employee was not trained on products and the customer service was disgusting. No complaints about the other worker however this is not the first time I have had this experience with this particular employee. Will not be returning.

The employees were rolling their eyes, shaking their heads as they made our order and giving us nasty looks for ordering 30 minutes before they closed. I understand being tired and wanting to go home but being plain rude is so unnecessary especially when your location isn’t even closed. Really poor experience, won’t be back.
