Worst experience ever! We placed an order and gave our address (13 min drive from gigis)
We waited over a half an hour and then we got a call from the women who took our order she said “we can’t deliver it’s too far come pick it up”
We told her can’t pick it up which is why we placed order for delivery and we gave her our address when we placed the order.
We said 13 minute is too far? She said yes and asked “do you want to cancel then?”
Such terrible customer service!!
She then hung up.
Will never order here again.

Gigi’s is our go to place in beamsville for panzarroti’s and pizza. It’s always delicious with lots of toppings, great price and a lovely family that runs it. The ceasar salads are delicious as well. The price is more than fair and they also have a frequent user card. We highly recommend GIGI’s

You cannot go wrong with this place. Honestly, hands down, the BEST pizza I’ve ever had. It is sooo consistent EVERY time. I’ve tried so many pizza places and have been so disappointed with the sauces and undercooked doughs. But this place is always spot on.
They make their own sauce and dough! The flavour is something else. Currently eating the pizza now and figured, I haven’t given them a review after all the times we’ve been, and they deserve to know, just how delicious they are. We come from out of town JUST for this !
