We were excited to visit with family who are visiting Canada for the first time in 10 years. Unfortunately, the customer service did not meet our expectations. Our guide, who was experiencing a language barrier, attempted to communicate with employees but was repeatedly dismissed. I eventually had to step in to further explain, which clearly changed the tone of the interaction and led to more appropriate behavior. Overall, the experience could have been much more welcoming.

Had an amazing experience at Magnotta Winery in Beamsville. The atmosphere is welcoming, the wines are excellent, but what truly made the visit stand out was the customer service.
Bre went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience feel personal rather than rushed. She took the time to explain the wines, answer questions, and made us feel genuinely welcome — the kind of service that makes you want to come back again and again.
You can tell when someone actually cares about what they do, and Bre absolutely does. If you’re visiting Magnotta, you’re in great hands. Highly recommend stopping by and experiencing it for yourself.

My husband and I stopped in for our yearly trip to Magnotta saturday afternoon. We were extremly dissapointed with the lack of customer service. No hi or any greeting what so ever when we walked in. We were completly ignored while walking around the store even with making eye contact multiple times. When we asked a lady ( red hair and glasses ) for help she seemed irritated we were intrupting her on her phone. She did not want to help us at all and was very snappy with us. Should i mention the 2 other workers we saw one bent fully over the counter biting her nails complaining about having to stand all day ( blonde lady ) and the other one ( male ) gossiping rudely and loudly. This will be our last time coming here since the way you act and treat your customers now. Hopefully they seek trainning and are trained properly on how to be professional and polite infront of people.

I came in the other day by myself because me and my family were doing a wine tour while visiting Niagara. The store itself was really nice, but we were being served by an older man, I’m pretty sure he was the manager. He smelt bad, like sweat and meat. He had grey and really greasy hair. Overall he seemed nice, but I won’t be returning if this is the way the employees are with their hygiene.
