Wow... The young lady at the drive-thru window was one of the most professional youths I've witnessed. Considering the demeanor of other young folk in the work force I'm blown away... great work curly girl! Picture attached is me at a separate McDonalds location... I'd like to believe in St. Cathines.

Avoid early morning mcgriddle combo here. Placed online order 421am on this date. Mcgriddle was raw dough had to throw it out and salvage the egg and meat as I was starving. The hashbrown was ice cold. The coffee was consistent!

Came here after Wendy's refused to serve us. The food was exactly what you'd expect but that's not what I'm reviewing. Went through the drive thru this morning (November 9th, 2025 around 7:45 am.) The young man at the first window made our day. Very friendly and cheerful. Not to mention he was very patient with us, who were already having quite the morning.

Part of the order had a 1/4 BLT burger. It did not have the bacon. I had a couple bits out of it. I went back up. They offered to take my burger back and add it. I feel like this is a health issue for the employees to handle a partially eaten burger then handle other food items.
I declined that option and they made me a new one. No real care about the mistake.
The restaurant had a weird renovation that is quite ugly and not appealing
Washrooms were clean except the sinks look dirty and stained
I know McDonald’s is not cheap. It was $51 for 3 meals. Just crazy to me that’s why I don’t visit very often.
Has a management member that thinks can stop you from getting monopoly stamps. Doesn't say name stalks saying you can't do that here. This is improper way of procedure please get medication 🙏

Usually a good McDonald's. All over the world the food is the same quality and you get what you expect.. However the past 3 times through this drive through.. I have to remind them to enter my points code.. they say they did it, but the screen does not change as it does at other locations. After I do not see an increase of points and I don't have a receipt and really... Who has time to go back and say something?? I know it's just a few points per visit but it does add up. If it continues I'll just go across the street to Tim's or down the road to the Grimsby location.

This place is convenient, but myself I will be staying away, don't get me wrong usually the food is hot,but my reason is I have big boys ROCKIE and Mike and they love their pup cups and for some reason this one does not offer them.
