The new set up is not user friendly IMO every time I’ve been inside since the renovation there is never anyone at the register. It seems like a good redesign for the employees to hide out of site but otherwise not a positive change.

Food was garbage service non existent and they basicly cut the building in half and seating is a nightmare even more then it used to be. They removed the refill station and hid everything behind a wall. Ill be going to a different location from now on
Deals/rewards on app not available at this location but available a very short distance away at Grimsby location along my route from Niagara. I'll be sure to give Grimsby my future business and avoid a wasted highway exit stop. You can't afford to give a customer $4 deal on 6 nuggets? I recommend reading "Give Them The Pickle" for advice on customer service and repeat business.

Absolutely disgusting and dirty place its so sad to see what these people have done to McDonald's i will not be returning again and I have told family and friends to do the same. When dirty people run a restaurant this is what happens

Less pull through and waits since my last update however the order accuracy mainly on the weekend shifts is absolutely sad :( I take my daughter for breakfast there because that's what she wants on her weekend with me and so far last 3 times we have visited this is what had happened first time I was charged for an extra sandwich I did not order and had to return for a refund, second weekend I returned home to find I had the wrong sandwiches and missing one hashbrown returned to store again and missed breakfast with my daughter as her order was correct she ate it while I waited to get my order corrected again.... third time I didn't leave the drivethru till I made sure my mcgriddle was not a mcmuffin and checked specifically because there seemed to be confusion as to what my order was when I paid and it was already ready when I got to the window which thank god I checked had a mcmuffin instead of mcgriddle that was fixed at window however what I didn't notice when I looked in bag was they had only put one breakfast burrito in the bag..... they are only sold in 2s....
