Stopped in today for lunch with our Dog Ryder. Greatest BBQ TACOS me and my wife have ever had. Thanks Nikki You were fantastic. See you in the fall. Ps. The Steam Whistle was ICE COLD

Food is amazing - definitely if you are a BBQ fan, this spot is a must. Each time has been great.

Unfortunately when we went last week - we had terrible service. It was a slow time of day, so only one other table than us, but the server kept forgetting about us (bringing drinks, etc). We went for Happy/Appy Hour - she never mentioned it when we arrived and I assumed incorrectly that is was 50% off drinks and apps. When the bill came there was no discount at all, and when we asked she said didn't even realize it was that time of day. She kept saying she might not have time to fix it because she has to go to her next job, and we're like uhh.... you need to fix it. She couldn't and just gave us a $20 and we're still not sure if that was even right. She literally said *jokingly* write me a bad review it's fine. I didn't get her name but she had dreadlocks.

Giving a 3 star for service because our previous experiences were not like this. Normally I don't go into such detail, but I was so excited to show my dad this restaurant and we came out disappointed.

We were here for a work party and I can honestly say no one in our party was even slightly satisfied. From waiting 30+ minutes for a glass of water, 45-60 minutes to place our food to be ordered and the seemingly endless wait for our food to arrive, there are few positive comments to leave. In my case, I waited nearly an hour for my drink order to show up (it was a Bloody Caesar). I tried flagging down a server to order food before they closed the kitchen (which we were told was happening shortly) to no avail. When the food showed up, it was stone cold and seemed to have been sitting for a while. Food quality, level of service, and the exorbitant prices are more than enough reason for us never to go back. Ever. The blame lies solely on management. The one server they had for out party was understandably overwhelmed and honestly did her best with what she was given (or lack thereof). So, diner beware! Pack your patience and lower expectations considerably... you'll be let down otherwise.

We were car shopping, on the way home there was too much traffic so stopped at the first place we saw. It was Happy Appy Day, ordered the wings, delicious, chicken fell off the bone as did the ribs. Shrimp was very tasty, poutine was good as was the caesar salad. All in all a good experience.

The first time we came here we ordered take out, the wings were the best I’ve ever had aside from their amazing poutine and shrimp. We decided to come back the next day and the service was exceptional, there’s a great atmosphere to this place!

This place is a gem at the epicenter of the best wine country in Ontario. After many wine tasting and cheese boards, you get to the point where you need a different kind of meal. No joke: the best best chicken I think I have ever had. Dry ribs were right up there too. Do sauces on the side - so tasty.

Friendly and comfortable atmosphere. Very clean, and well designed space. Nice looking patio too.

They even named their smoker - Prince Charming. Watch out, Ladies!

Was there yesterday and loved it. We had the deep southern Canadian platter. The wings were crispy and excellent, ribs were fantastic, and whatever the spice is they put on the fries is awesome.

Had to chuckle at the reviewer who had this meal and complained that the corn bread is small. Imagine getting a plate this large for two people and complaining about the bread portion. No wonder we have an obesity problem. 🤣

Really enjoyed a plant-based dish, Classic BBQ Bowl with Smoked Tofu - absolutely delicious and the service on the patio was friendly and awesome!

Fantastic food! We had brunch from their food truck at the Grimsby Christmas Market! Clayton was very friendly and made the food delicious and hearty!

Gluten free!! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I'm gluten free (sensitivity) and being able to eat all but the macaroni of the moonshine platter was a highlight of a roadtrip.
The food was outstanding, atmosphere fantastic but best of all was the service. Niki was knowledgeable, friendly and made me feel so comfortable with my GF requirements.
And best of the pop up bakery, where I got to experience GF churros!!

Was really disappointed in our meal here. We went for lunch. The food all tasted as if it was reheated leftovers from another day. The gravy on our poutine tasted spoiled and was chunky and not dark like other photos in the reviews. The food came out unusually fast further making me believe it was all reheated nothing made fresh. Food was also not hot just warm. I had no interest to finish it. My husband ate most of it. We didn’t have to pay for the poutine, even the waitress agreed the gravy didn’t look good. Honestly surprised how many decent google reviews they have. Hopefully this was a very off experience but I won’t be returning. Worst meal out we’ve had in a very long time.

Our experience was wonderful! The service was friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere was cozy, homey, and smelled of the amazing smokey BBQ. The food was absolutely delicious, exceeding our expectations. We will definitely be coming back again.

By far the best bbq we have had, take out wise. The tenders could have been cooked little less. But it was late so can’t complain to much about that. The ribs one the other hand, phenomenal fall off the bone fall apart in your mouth, we’re so good. Fries were amazing. And the extra sauce that came with it was to die for on the tenders. Will definitely be going back it was so good especially for getting take out. And the lady who greeted me was so friendly loved the atmosphere.
