if you want your order wrong every single time, this is the place. what is with the employees obsession with toasting everything? every single time i don’t realize until i’m already home and my kid is opening his food. why do i have to leave a note in all caps when toasted isn’t even on the dang order? the sub literally has 3 ingredients, bread, turkey, and bacon. how do you keep messing up the easiest order in the universe??

We ordered online and it said our order was ready so we waited in store. Harjot asked if this was our online order and we said yes. She took the order from a family of 5 as we continued waiting which is fine then after she finished she continued taking new orders. The gentleman who was in store even agreed that we should’ve got our food before him after waiting 20+ minutes.
She had to authorize a refund and gave us a receipt. Doesn’t look like a refund for the order but we will see.
Terrible customer service and would never recommend this location. We had a 2 year old we were looking at feeding and this completely ruined the evening.
Subway offers a delightful eating experience. This subway is small but cozy, with cute, whimsical decor that makes it a fun place to visit. The staff was quick and friendly, helping me choose between their many creative flavors. Especially thanks to Harjot kaur.

If I could give 0 stars I would, the food is terrible they didn’t even cut the sandwich in half or put paper in between the wrapper and the sandwich so there is now grease all over my seat in my car, do not, I repeat DO NOT go here go to another subway. Worst service I’ve ever seen

Spent the last 14 hours with the worst food poisoning of my life. Purchased a sandwich and within a few hours I was violently ill. It was my only meal of the day. When I called to speak with the manager regarding their quality and food handling policy, she was extremely defensive and her answers were highly concerning. I will NEVER return to this location, or any other for that matter, since I'll never be able to stomach the idea of their food again. I'd give 0 stars if possible.

The meatball sub was hard as rocks, at least 3 of them were inedible...I called, man said come in, went in, the girl said no, sorry how fo we know it was from here, showed the photo, and my phone call....never ever will I go near a subway....it's not worth the money, and foods usually bad.
