I wish I could give negative star. I ordered double double and croissant heated with butter and found piece of ham in it. I am vegetarian so strictly no meat for me and this is how you guys serve your customers? I ordered it on 14th Dec 2025 around 12:30 p.m. FYI.

the food was mediocre, i was served by a girl named hannah and all she did was sit on her phone. i don’t appreciate waiting for someone to make the food i payed for while shes on her phone. do better. i went in another day and a young woman called sophia greeted me with a huge smile and got my food out as soon as possible, hire more people like her.

I was the only person in line and they were talking normally and i didn’t want to seem rude so i waited thinking they weren’t done talking near the cashier but the person working is sitting there staring at me like she despises me even though i don’t know her. I ask her for a single shot of expresso and she looked at me with pure hatred and then i waited 10 minutes and another guy came into line and order a medium double double and he got his drink before me horrible customer service.
