If you manage to get a order in because they will serve 5 cars before helping you who is the only one standing at the counter you may or may not get the beverage you ordered. Been coming here for years, always hoping something would improve and it never does. Staff is oblivious to things around them, does not know how to prioritize, work as a team, and ensure a smooth flow of customers. I worked for TDL for years, this location is embarrassing.

ordered two farmers wraps and i guess they decided we didn’t need hashbrowns with them so they just made them without. like just say u didn’t have them or something? and those wraps are so dang expensive to top it off. really disappointed:(

This Tim Hortons here 4725 Ontario Street is so far one of the best in customer service for Tim Hortons here in beansville .that is on Ontario street.. if there were mistake on the order or if you weren't happy with something they are never in no hurry to rush you they'll take the time and help ..is very much needed in this world today... thank you Tim Hortons being so patient

Refused to make a BLT after 10am, said they can only do a BELT. It’s the same thing minus the egg. I’ve gone to this location multiple times at the same time of day and it’s never been an issue. They’ve gone downhill these last few months, incredibly disappointing. Will not come back again to this location. Take the extra 10 minutes to beamsville.

Absolutely SLOW staff!
Thoroughly disgusted by how skimpy they are with the food.. we ordered the turkey bacon club, there was NO bacon, no mayo, 1 slice of lettuce, 2 thin slices of tomato, a half piece of cheese, and the bun was burnt to a crisp….
Best advice I can give is go to the McDonald’s or Wendy’s near by…. This is a sad excuse for a Tim Hortons, they also don’t have half the stuff they advertised on the menu!!!
I ordered two drinks when both of us have an intolerance to milk and after stating no normal milk more times then I could count… and even re-asking as they were given to me if they were made correctly…this fool lied to my face about it and now we are facing the consequences. Zero stars. 10$ or not, when people order something specifically for a reason, do it, and don’t lie to my face like I’m an idiot.

On the busy day of the season only two guys served customers. One in the drive through and one in the store. I waited over 20 mins in their drive through and when ordered nothing was available at 6:30 pm. Poor management.
