This Tim Hortons here 4725 Ontario Street is so far one of the best in customer service for Tim Hortons here in beansville .that is on Ontario street.. if there were mistake on the order or if you weren't happy with something they are never in no hurry to rush you they'll take the time and help ..is very much needed in this world today... thank you Tim Hortons being so patient
On vacation we stopped at several tim Hortons locations, and the food was good, and the coffee was good, but in every single location the teens working mostly seemed really confused and overwhelmed
Impressed with the coffee however, a few years ago they used to have the cloth covers for Tim Hortons coffee cups. I really wish they would bring that back. I believe it would be a real moneymaker as opposed to those stupid paper covers that they give out.
