I order two chocolate brownies and one steeped tea but i only get steeped tea and they leave a note that we dont have a chocolate brownies but i paid for teo brownies too what is this behaviour????

The ladies working are very nice and speak perfect English which is not common in Tims's these days. I was served a muffin, which about half of it stuck to the wrapper. I went back through, explained, and they gave me another and threw that one out. As soon as I drove away, I had the same issue. Perhaps it was just cooked fresh and stuck to the wrapper, but both had the same issue, and about half of my $2 muffin was waisted. It is unfortunate that a Canadian staple business is flushing the name down the toilet.

This Tim hortons is one of the best around!! I come here when I travel to Beamsville and never once have I had a problem.The staff are the always friendy and always get the order right! 5/5 🙌
The staff at this location are amazing! Personable, fast paced, top notch…. But this location really needs to get the one restroom fixed. It’s been out of order for months. Brutal! Tim Hortons is a work break staple. Nothing like waiting in line to use a restroom and by time you’re able to… you have to be back to work. So, no purchase made because we ran out of time! 🤷♀️
Currently standing first in line 20 minutes and no one will talk to anyone in line or take an order. There are 5 staff doing drive through swearing at costumers this is a joke.
Update: Burnt Tinfoil in only open bathroom makes alot of sense

This Tim Hortons has plummeted into becoming an unclean outhouse. Not only did it take 15 minutes for us to place an order inside, when there were over 7 staff working behind the counter. Once we FINALLY, got our order it was wrong. And not like a missed timbit, the pumpkin spice latte, which is the specialty coffee of the month, had to be remade and was still wrong after the manager checked it, and my French vanilla has no French vanilla in it, its literally a cup of water. I should have tried it before I left like my wife did, becuse she hasn't had a coffee made right there since Nam.
The food made by Chris was fantastic, he has great customer service and attention to detail.
Unfortunately I will never be going back to this location again, I will be going to esso where Dave runs a great store. Mike and Chris clearly are too focuses on expanding there outhouse empire opposed to having quality locations. It's sad to see my favorite location in beamsville go down the shitter.

Asked for a BLT on croissant as well as if they had potato wedges. Employee says of course! Go up to the drive thru window and tells me they actually don’t have croissants right now. Maybe double check when the customer asks before proceeding with anything?

Very quiet tim hortons close to the QEW and the staff is very friendly and kind. Food was great and came out quickly. They also have a drive through and a small parking lot.
