I’m really disappointed in the service lately. I’ve worked for this company, I know what the standards are. You would think if someone was going to make a snide comment about the amount of food I’d ordered they would at least lower their voice or make sure the window is closed. Fairly bold especially considering the order was made incorrectly, a bacon bagel belt with no bacon… anyways hopefully this feedback can open up a constructive conversation so the service can be better.

never have anything past 8pm everyday and are always getting lippy at the drive thru window, we are so sick and tired of this someone needs to fix this tim Horton's.

Absolutely disappointed in this specific location… they never have anything in stock I asked for cold brew many times during the drive thru and they always mentioned they don’t have any more cold brew or cold foam…like how on earth do you not have cold brew it’s a very popular item… somethings sees off how do they magically have cold brew the next day ???? Their selection of Tim bits is very sad they never have a variety of flavour only the plain boring flavours what happened to the blueberry and strawberry timbits they never have them? Employees seem to be unwilling to even make the drinks properly or even with a bit of love … I ordered a coffee and it tasted HORRIBLE not fresh at all we ended up throwing out all our drinks …I’m not exactly sure what’s going on with their training here on how to make drinks and food properly it needs to be improved !!! Very very very unhappy… Will not be visiting here anymore!!

Worst tim hortons ever! I live in this town and everytime I order food from this location its horribe. for example , a bagel toasted with butter I receive it completely dry . As if there was nothing even on it. I mean I am paying for it so shouldn't I get what I pay for???? And if thats a problem , maybe the staff should be retrained or replaced .

This Tim Hortons is legit the worst. Just don’t go here. Not sure why it’s that I have a problem everytime so I will not be going back. This place sucks. Check out my everything bagel triple toasted with herb and garlic cream cheese in the photo… Also, no 12 grain, no steeped tea, no chamomile tea. Do better.

I don’t recommend visiting this Tim Hortons especially in the evening time! This is a giant hangout for rude and noisy kids that don’t buy anything and take every table for hours on end and leave no tables for paying customers! Oh did I mention they also vape inside and leave their garage at every table! The coffee at this location is hit or miss either good or the coffee is cold, The food is just ok if they have the ingredients to make what you want to order! I found the managers to be extremely rude!

The app never works for me, I tried to redeem points to pay for my lunch and it didnt work. 😡 the employee was very helpful trying to fix it for me but the app sucks

The manager that was working on October 11 2025 at around 9:30am. Did not want to take someones order at the window and caused a huge disruption in the morning coffee rush. Pointing her finger and slamming the window in the young lady's face. This being said the lady left her car in the drive thru due to the fact the manager was so disrespectful.

This could of all been solved by simply taking the lady's order at the window but this manager with Horrible manager skills chose to cause this huge disturbance

I hate writing poor reviews but every time I come to this Tim’s, something in my order ends up wrong. They’re always out of items, and you usually don’t find out until you’re already at the window, sometimes even after you’ve paid. It’s really frustrating and feels like there’s no consistency or communication. Honestly one of the least reliable Tim’s locations I’ve been to.
