A lady served us, I think her name was Diane or Diana. She was very cheery and upbeat. Lots of smiles. Other than the order being correct and delicious. Her upbeat behavior and smile made it extra nice!!

Went to Tim Hortons in Beamsville, Ontario and John street, just after 9 p.m. lastnight, July 15, 2025. I asked for a sandwich and was told theres no food, sorry. I questioned the man who was going to take my order, no food?! He said no, and told me they were closing early?! Firstly if your store hours change, then why isn't your website updated to allow customers to KNOW this? Secondly, if food isn't made after a certain time, don't you think that customers would also like to be informed of that? I rarely go to this Timmys because the service is so very slow, the lot drive through is completely awkward when its busy and blocks the entrance in and out of the lot. And now this. I won't be returning. That did it for me.
Update: to the owner that responded to this post. Why would I do that? I reached out here. Now you want me to fill in a customer form that no one will ever review? No thank you.

Completely horrible, I ordered a farmers wrap that has no hashbrown and only egg and cheese whether we explained the girl no bacon instead only egg and cheese. She gave us stupidly made weap with eggs in it only. Moreover i ordered chai tea latte which was served with coffee added into it that was not even asked. O my god they ruined my breakfast. Very bad experience.

The absolute worst. They are always out of things, went yesterday and ordered 2 lunch bowls at lunch time. Didn’t have crispy chicken, didn’t have rice. No, we’re out of that too. Went for coffee today and ordered the cold brew that comes with cold foam. Pull up to the window to get it and it doesn’t have foam. When I asked about it they told me they were out but don’t worry I wasn’t charged extra. Could have told me at the speaker they were out. Always takes too long and it’s just a hot mess. Disappointing every time.

Disappointing and painfully slow. I ordered 15 mins ahead, showed up to pick up, and it still wasn’t ready. Had to wait 20 more minutes behind 4 people just to tell them I had a mobile order. When they finally made my order, it took 15 seconds — why wasn’t it ready when I arrived?
Another time, I was told my order would be ready at the counter. After 10 minutes, a worker asked what I was waiting for. My order was at a different counter the whole time. Zero communication.
Frustrating experience. Not worth it.

Had an absolute blast coming here. I was skeptical at first about the line, however you could tell the staff were well trained and quickly helped everyone out. The staff - specifically Noah was super friendly and made us excellent sandwiches that tasted fantastic. Definitely would recommend trying out this Tim Hortons and I am planing on going back shortly.
