This Wendy’s customer service was absolutely top-tier; fast, friendly, and full of good vibes. I forgot to get the amazing cashier’s name but she was smiling, joking, and genuinely seemed to care about making her customers happy, which is such a refreshing change. The food was solid, but the real reason I’ll be back is the amazing service. If all fast-food spots ran like this one, the world would be a happier place!

Went for a late night bite, I'm currently pregnant and was hungry for a second dinner. Decided that I wanted a burger from Wendy's. What a mistake. Aside from the rude and down right impolite lady working the intercom, my burger was cold, missing ingredients and made terribly. My fries had no salt and were accompanied by hair, so they were thrown out. Disgusted is an understatement. Will never return for a late night bite ever again. Well played staff. Clearly quality and kindness aren't something you give two damns about.

Got 2 chicken wraps, looks like they cut 1 chicken finger in half and squished it to make it stretch for 2 wraps. Not edible. Will never go back

I ordered a combo #1 in the drive thru. When I came around I noticed that they did not give me my fries....when I questioned the woman at the window she turned around to the other worker and literally blasted her questioning why she made the mistake. It was completely unprofessional to have them yelling at each other while the drive thru window was open. Not sure if the woman at the window was the manager or not but DEFINATELY unprofessional.

Exactly what you'd expect. Food was fresh, very quick and still everything tasted fresh and as it was made moments ago and not hours. Staff were friendly. Happy with the experience. Facility was clean, washrooms as well very clean. Tons of parking. Would return.

Wendy’s really struggles with processing online orders. Most of the time I arrive and they are not aware that the order has been placed.
