My sister and I were there about a month or so ago. Best western sandwich ever! Prices are extremely reasonable and the atmosphere is family oriented and just plain comfortable ? I plan to go back with friends next week.

We stopped in for breakfast after a night out on the ice. Greeted with a smile at the door and was great from there on. The service was amazing, excellent coffee in hand within minutes, followed by our exact ordered delicious breakfast. I live in Pickering but you can be sure I will be beck here. Nice country atmosphere, ahhh!

A real treasure that represents a golden era for dining. This is a must stop and can easily become your daily breakfast place go to!! Love it!!!!!! Highly recommend. Food is delicious and only surpassed by the friendly staff.!!

Non-White people not welcomed it seemed. We (a family of 4 Asians) arrived on a bright Sunday afternoon just after 1pm. There was a (white) couple sitting at the table near the door eating. The woman behind the counter's face was completely dour looking at us; her expression and body language spoke volumes about how "welcome" we were. She said simply: "I have no waitress, so I can't serve you." and then waited for us to leave. Looking at the reviews on this page, it doesn't seem like we were the first, or only Asians given this kind of treatment. Enjoy eating here if you enjoy patronizing #racists.
