Do not go to this McDonald's. The service was terrible. They got my order wrong 3 times the staff thought it was a complete joke. It was just a horrible experience. I would avoid this place at all costs. There's a bunch of kids working there. That do not give a care about their job or getting your order, correct? It was just a horrible experience. I work hard for my money. I would not waste it there again. And as all this was going on, you had a young staff member. Standing beside the manager, who was trying to speed things up cheering on the guy that was making the orders like a cheerleader, and the manager did not even stop this saying. It was unprofessional I could not believe my eyes by the time I finally got my order. Correct? The food was cold, not even worth. Eating. It's a shame because I know how hard McDonald's trains their employees. And for this to be going on, where there was clearly no supervision is just a shame.This is how people represent their company.When there is no serious managers on site

My boyfriend and I were at this location around 930pm. We were discussed to watch a younge white lady being sexually harassed but a black employee. Hitting her on the bottom while she asked him to stop. When the manager was informed nothing was done to rectify this situation. As well there was no toppings on my boyfriend's burger.
Melissa, the store manager listened to my concerns over a missed large order. I know it happens on occasion in all business dealings. She went above and beyond, remade our entire order, and gave me two free meals for future experiences. Management here is respectful and friendly.

Just had a notably exceptional drive thru experience at this location. The lady who took my order was friendly and efficient, the young man to gave us our order was so kind and hospitable, and we were through with our food in hand in just a few minutes! We are from out of town and never experience this speed or service at McDonalds (or any) drive thru anymore. Had to comment!
… except I just noticed that they didn’t give me the pie in ordered. Sad!!
