Finally got over the cramps and loose stools I had after eating at this location. The girl who made my sandwich disappeared for at least 5 min. while in the middle of making it. Maybe to use the washroom? I should of walked out.

I usually stop at Subway on my way North. As I had a coupon I thought I would try something new. The guy rang up my order pretending to subtract the coupon value. I knew he hadn't and proceeded to charge me full price. I guess he thought I could not add in my head. Sadly mistaken. I gave him one more chance to correct his deliberate overcharge by saying I was trying the product because of the coupon. All he did was grunt. I will not be back. People ask for a bill and check your change if using a coupon. Also it is not a good idea to adjust your hair with gloves on and proceed to cut up the cheese. I thought about correcting this fellow but didn't want to cause a scene in front of other customers. It is their loss.

Tried the Power Bowl today. Good but skimpy. Not sure if they're all made this way, maybe I should've ask to top it up. Make sure you do that if you are going to try it.

Lettuce looked like it was rotting. First customer mentioned it then we did too. They needed to remove it and wouldn't. Maybe a health inspection is in order.

My husband and I stopped by this evening and while we were standing waiting to let the lady know what toppings we wanted on our subs we noticed the stainless steel containers they keep the lettuce and onions in had white fuzz all on the sides of the stainless steel containers. Wasn't 100% positive what exactly I was looking at but knew enough that what I was seeing wasn't exactly right. It was disgusting and i was sick to my stomach. I feel like it's been a while since they have actually washed those steel containers out.

My daughter worked here for a few shifts.. they made her feel terrible. They Would not work with her.. she is only 16.
Supposedly she put too many extra cheese on one of the sandwiches.
They have yet to give her an roe or a paycheck For the times she did work there.
It's been over a month. Going to have to contact Ministry of labor

Made a trip to subway tonight, 4 people working behind the counter, the one lady couldn’t just stay in her own lane had to be involved with what the other 3 girls were doing!! She then proceeded to tip my sub sideways and was banging it on the counter pretty hard! when we got home with our subs my bread was stale falling apart and both ends were rock hard! Super frustrating, they alway advertised “always fresh” and yet I got a stale bun 😡 they need to stop giving attitude when they put scant amount of toppings and customers ask for them to be topped up!! The lady also didn’t know how to wrap a sub properly bc the tops of both our subs were open, I had to re wrap them for the trip home! Extremely disappointed! Come on I know we can do better for paying customer….

The 2 guys that served me were arguing the whole time my son and I were here because a customer walked out after the same shorter of the 2 guys said something to him that obviously pissed him off. That same shorter of the 2 guys looked at me when I ordered and said the order side is over there real pissed at the world like. They are still arguing in the back What a disaster

just went to get a sub… at 8:30 pm… to be told they “don’t have any bread left for the day” well they don’t close until 10pm so i’m confused on why they are even open.
They need to make sure their food is up to code my son has food poisin cause of moldy cheese

My girlfriend and I went out for lunch and both of us got a sandwich but she got a fountain drink. When we got back to the house we both started eating and when she took a drink from her cup she had noticed that it smelled like sewage. I took a whiff and I also smelled the sewage smell. It was like nothing I’ve ever smelt before. I then called and was pretty much told that I was lying because they apparently didn’t sell orange pop in their fountain, which is a flat out lie! I was also told that other people have gotten a fountain drink and didn’t complain so I must be lying. Then the manager hung up on me. The amount of unprofessionalism is disgusting. I was nothing but nice on the phone and I am highly disappointed in the response I was given. This is absolutely unacceptable and will be filling a report to the health board to get this checked out.

Absolutely worst. Poor customer service. The sub I usually order at every subway was refused in this store. Made it too saucy that I had to throw the rest of the sandwich. Undoubtably the WORST Subway I’ve ever been to.
