Terrible experience at Tim Hortons today, first off their internet would not work so I could not use my rewards, but that’s just the tip of the iceberg. I ordered a bagel at this location and expected a quick timely delivery to me but oh boy was I wrong, turns out none of the 13 PEOPLE working behind the counter could get me my bagel within 10 minutes. And no it was not busy. Once i received my bagel I thought it was all ok but as a final send off gift they spread more butter on the outside wrapper than the bagel

Drive thru time today was horrible. I sat at the kiosk waiting for someone to take my order for 10 mins. Huge line up behind me so I couldn’t even back up to leave. Then advertised products were not available! Get it together!!!

Several of the patrons were disturbed to find an Indian man bathing himself from the sink and leaving a huge mess. It wasn't the staff's fault, but it didn't ruin it for some patrons.

Worst Tim Hortons EVER!!!! The person who took our order had to ask for what we wanted ten times as they didn’t understand anything. They told us they did not have lemonade so we ordered something else to drink on top of all of our food. We finally got to the window to get our food and they told us they didn’t have half of our order and asked if we wanted lemonade in our dragon fruit pineapple ( they told us they didn’t have lemonade initially ). At the window with not having half of the items ordered we modified with items they did have. As we waited in the line to get out of the parking lot my son opened his bagel and found a black hair in it!! I went back in and asked for a new bagel with butter and cheddar cheese and another person who didn’t speak English said “cream cheese” and I said no and repeated myself. I went back to the car ( now pulled over causing a traffic jam ) and opened it and it was cream cheese!!!! I went back in again and someone else told me that not one person spoke English and they often have the same experience here. I understand people needs jobs but they should have half the staff English speaking so they assist other people if needed. Them trying to understand the order, fix it at the window was all a complete disaster not to mention how unsanitary! If the owner doesn’t want this place shut down he should probably cut half the staff and hire English speaking associates- losing money also on the amount of food they are constantly wasting!! If I could post 0 stars I would, and I’m not usually one to complain!!!

This is the slowest Tim Hortons in central Ontario.. each car in the drive thru was at least 5 minutes per car they don't even bother getting stuff ready in advanced when they take the order it's like they're waiting to get paid first then start making it. Literally spent 20 minutes in their drive thru. Horrible service

It was a tough day at this location - we were there at noon - donut counter was mostly empty, only cold bottled beverage available was Fuze iced tea and bottled water, only bagel available was cheese, etc etc.. too many things out of stock to list. The bigger issue being that the clerks at the registers did not know that they were out of stuff until after customers paid for them. This caused several issues with customers. One gentleman waited (he claimed) 30 minutes for a particular hot meal only to be told they had money left when he asked why he was still waiting - to say he was upset is an understatement. He was a construction guy on his lunch break, and now he had no lunch. The place was chaos. Most tables were dirty (nobody was looking after the seating area at all) and the garbage cans were full. There were lots of staff behind the counter, but there was very little structure to what they were doing. Some were just standing there. Just an all around bad experience for many customers this afternoon..

Came from a birthday party in huntsville, stop at chip truck. I forget where I Don' exactly it was. But yeah, it was excellent, 13.
And service with a smile, the 2 ladies that were on the truck where very, very, very friendly and courteoust. Does any food serve or should be extra special? Definitely, awesome. I'm sorry I can't come up with the name

If I could give less stars, I would.

Stopped in while traveling. The washrooms were unusable. They were filthy. Including no toilet paper, remnants of the previous users, sanitary products on the floor to name a few. The staff onsite were less than helpful. Hopefully the next visit is better, and I can update this.

Follow up communication with management was pleasant and prompt.

I'm sorry but in last 6 months or so the quality of food and drink has dropped yo one star. I have dealt with Jessica through Tim Hortons app and she was totally useless. I still go here occasionally but coffee only. Late this afternoon I bought one coffee and brought home to my wife. First sip and she says this coffee is horrible down the drain it goes. Dealing with Jessica through the app is like Dealing with a computer. I want my money back is that to much to ask.

Went through the drive-thru in Beaverton this morning, a normal routine on the way fishing. We tried to order 3 different drinks - a coffee, a cappuccino with 3 parts coffee, and a café mocha with whipped topping. The Coffee was ok, the cappuccino had whipped milk and the café mocha was more hot chocolate than the coffee instead of half and half and no whipped topping. When we were placing the order it had to be repeated continuously and 2 ppl were trying to take the order. And they kept messing it up. It would be much easier to have one person taken the order and more training on making the order. Thank you

It's frustrating when there are four TV screens, displaying a limited menu. The screens are not displaying anything other than loaded wraps and bowls. Come on, give the Customers the full menu Timmies.
