Pancake breakfast was surprisingly fresh tasting and not like the hotcakes you get from McDonalds. The pancakes were fluffy and didn't leave a bad after taste like some other restaurants seem to leave. The syrup they offer though is generic, processed and tasted like brown sugar unfortunately. The food was done quickly though which is great for those you want a hot, sweet breakfast meal.

A great pit stop to satisfy the hunger pangs and Canadian beef cravings! Love that it’s 100% Canadian beef and Canadian owned! 🇨🇦 Keep up the great work! Fried are also salted just right, unlike many other outlets who seem to take deliveries of salt for free.
Only small gripe would be that coupon booklets often run out very quickly, so grab them fast while stocks last!

Was very disappointed with this A&W on Thursday March 20th. A co worker and I wanted A&W after work we got there at 10:54pm the drive thru light was still on and a car was at the window when I went to place my order I was told by the employee that they were closed even though it says 11pm. So my Co worker and I drove to Trenton who closes at midnight. While we were there in the parking lot eating our meal. We watched them turn off the light in the store as one of the employees was locking the door a van went into the drive thru the staff was nice enough to reopen the restaurant and serve that customer even though it was after midnight.
It's sad you can get better service in Trenton than Belleville I could understand if it was at 11pm but it was before 11 and they wouldn't serve us. I guess if I'm on the afternoon shift and want A&W I will drive to Trenton since Belleville don't want my business.
Windows could use a clean as it always looks dirty from the exterior. Not sure what inside looks like as I have always used the drive thru. Food is decent but can sometimes be slow.

The customer service at the Belleville Front St location was exceptional. My kid is vegan, but wanted to order the kids meal which doesn't typically come with the beyond meat patty. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and went above and beyond in problem-solving how to ring through the order. They even worked through a couple different solutions because they wanted to figure out how to save us the most money. Truly great service!

I pick my order by drive thru and i order two meals and I ask them for mayo and ketchup. When I came home I didn’t find any ketchup, mayo even tissues are also not provided by the crew members.
