Last night, on February 1st, I visited the A&W on Bell Boulevard around 10:50 PM. Upon arriving at the drive-thru, I noticed two girls, but they didn't acknowledge my presence. After waiting for some time, I proceeded forward, only to find the staff ducking beneath the front counter, seemingly avoiding taking orders. Despite the store being open, their behavior was quite ridiculous. I hope the management addresses this issue promptly.

I just went thru the drive thru ordered 3 of the frozen root beers and received half cups said something to the lady and she closed the window and walked away… I will be posting for all to see with pictures to provide proof

Find the hair in papa burger. I just keep quiet, gave the hair to the clerk. Ask them be careful in the next time. We know they can do nothing. Just keep them posted.

Felt bad for the kid who was obviously new. He was left to fend for himself and was sinking. Food was dreadful. One star for the young man who was trying his best as the line up grew impatient.

Great restaurant. Always quality service. Food is consistent, and the onion rings are ALWAYS amazing. Hot and fresh each time I go.

Stood in line for about 5 minutes maybe more as the clerk was chit chatting with friends and ignoring customers waiting to order. Love the food but service at this location seems to have gone down hill. Would rate 1 star if it wasn't for the onion rings.
