Ive been going here for years just to see it slowly but surely get worse and worse by the day. Never remembering employee to the mall discount, portions becoming more pathetic and visual displays showing wonton soup with green onions and over all false advertising. Its a shame bevause certain items here where amazing. Ill make sure to never reccomend them anymore like i have been for a long time!

I had a whole container full of delicious things. The best was the mixed vegetables. The broccoli was so good. My container was overflowing. I was nice to them. They were good to me.

I ordered the “3 items + noodles/rice” combo and chose 1 chili chicken and 2 Asian chicken — that’s 3 items. The lady still charged me an extra $2 saying it was “extra chicken,” which makes no sense since I already paid for 3 items.
When I went to pay, she told another lady to bill me, and even that lady looked confused. The first one said, “Just charge him $2 and don’t ask me anything.” Very unprofessional and unfair. The food was okay, but the way they overcharge customers is disappointing.

Food quality was ok, customer service was non existent, the amount they give you is robbery for what your paying. Your better of going to bourbon st grill a few stalls down customer service is always good and they fill the containers

I went around lunch time yesterday, and I really enjoyed my meal. I even took half of my order home and had it for dinner. friendly front staff too. Good job.

Not happy at all with the new you her girls service or attitude, spending 45$ and fighting for another soy sauce is one thing, but two 3 items and in the both of them maybe got 4 pieces of spice streak the rest peppers and 10 chicken between BOTH. I asked for more noodles and got one scoop and the rest bean sprout. I’m not happy.

Friendly staff but you can tell the food sits out for a long time. Both the chicken and pork I had were unbelievably dry. I'm sure the food is great when it's fresh.

We have eaten at Asian Gourmet quite a few times now when we visit Quite Mall. The food is good for mall Chinese food. The main issue with them is that there is no standard amount they give everyone. Some servers seem to decide how much you want or should eat and portion accordingly. At first we thought this was coincedence but today same thing, drastically different amount of food in my son's portion compared to mine. We all pay the same amount for the food and should receive the same amount. If you want your equal share have your Male counterparts order for you.

Chinese food from the mall has no business being this good . Blows most resteraunts out of the park. Asian grilled chicken and black pepper beef are on point .
