Food quality was ok, customer service was non existent, the amount they give you is robbery for what your paying. Your better of going to bourbon st grill a few stalls down customer service is always good and they fill the containers

Not happy at all with the new you her girls service or attitude, spending 45$ and fighting for another soy sauce is one thing, but two 3 items and in the both of them maybe got 4 pieces of spice streak the rest peppers and 10 chicken between BOTH. I asked for more noodles and got one scoop and the rest bean sprout. I’m not happy.

Friendly staff but you can tell the food sits out for a long time. Both the chicken and pork I had were unbelievably dry. I'm sure the food is great when it's fresh.

We have eaten at Asian Gourmet quite a few times now when we visit Quite Mall. The food is good for mall Chinese food. The main issue with them is that there is no standard amount they give everyone. Some servers seem to decide how much you want or should eat and portion accordingly. At first we thought this was coincedence but today same thing, drastically different amount of food in my son's portion compared to mine. We all pay the same amount for the food and should receive the same amount. If you want your equal share have your Male counterparts order for you.

It's in the food court so if you don't like crowds then obviously the atmosphere is not the best haha. Food was good. Lo mein was not soggy which I've had a hard time finding non soggy noodles. Generals tso was delicious. Easy to interpret menu and quick kind efficient staff. Will be returning if I'm in the mall.
