Got a burrito from here today. And instead of a little bit of franks hot sauce. They decided a lot of their signature hot sauce would be a great idea without me knowing! Atleast 5X hotter. In one bite I knew instantly.. very dangerous for certain people aswell and should definitly be taken into consideration.

Unfortunately, my experience at Bar Burrito was disappointing. After waiting in line for about 12 minutes, my group and another couple ahead of us were completely ignored by the staff. Despite walking past us multiple times, the staff member never acknowledged our presence or provided a simple greeting. After her third pass without so much as a “I’ll be right with you,” we decided to leave. A little courtesy and communication would have made all the difference.

I had a great service from Diya ! Very kind and delightful. Only negative about this spot would be how darn hot it is in there. I could not see myself being able to work nor eat in the facility due to extreme heat!

I am regular customer of barburrito and their air conditioner is not working from past 3 months i feel bad for their employees who work in such a hot environment and I don’t how they are saving food in this hot temperature

Food was good!! I think the girl name is Payal she is very polite and professional)she made really good burrito. The only issue is its very hot in the restaurant. So if anyone planning to dine in please don't. I don't know how they are saving the food in this hot temperature.

Me and my friend both got small burritos and it ended up taking a solid 20 minutes for the whole thing. I asked for lettuce and she put on one piece of lettuce and i asked for corn and she put on 3 kernels. We tried to pay and we were paying separately but she charged us together and i handed her cash and she didn’t even count it and then asked me for the rest of the money even though i handed her 15$ which is more then enough to cover one burrito then made my friend pay on debit for the rest. No hairnets, No A/C even though it’s very hot out, was looking at us like we weren’t making any sense. Just overall not a good experience at all

The food is great, but this is the third time I’ve visited with a rewards offer from your email(also in the app), only to be told by staff that they don’t know how to process it. It’s frustrating and uncomfortable to be put in that position every time. Please train your staff properly on the rewards system if you’re going to promote it.

Don’t recommend ordering online. I’ve come here numerous times before today and always waited for my online orders. Today I ordered online showed up 10 minutes after ordering. I waited another 25 minutes for my order and the person working didn’t even know what online order was mine. Time I got my food and left went to eat it to find the rice wasn’t cooked. I ordered a crunchy chicken bowel and there were 4 small pieces of chicken. Only 1 employee working at very slow pace. I’ll never be going back!

Usually this place is okay for a decent burrito, but tonight was a terrible experience. I ordered the new box meal, with the mild chicken bowl and paid extra for the extreme fries, because I didn't want the nachos. I also ordered a pulled pork burrito. I get home (25 minute drive away), and discover that every single item I ordered was wrong. My mild chicken bowl had no chicken, bo meat whatsoever, the pulled pork burrito had no meat whatsoever, and my extreme fries were, you guessed it, nachos...not a single fry. I understand occasionally getting something wrong on an order, but my god, high school students working at McDonald's wouldn't even make this many mistakes in a single order. Just absolutely pathetic
Edit: After being reassured by the owner that this won't happen again, I just came in for another try, and once again, my pulled pork burrito had no meat on it whatsoever. I will NOT be returning to this location again.

Great food, service and staff but their AC wasn’t running in the middle of summer. Not an enjoyable experience for customers but especially not for staff that have to endure the heat all day. When we asked the employees about the AC they said it hadn’t been working in weeks. Unimpressed. This restaurant needs better management to support their staff. Otherwise, the food was good and the girls working were amazing.
