We pre ordered to pick up on our way home after a long trip home from Montreal. While I really do appreciate not skimping out on ingredients, it's also very frustrating to receive food that is impossible to pick up because there is so much on it. The tacos were all stuck together and basically mush. If I wanted all of my food together I would have just ordered a burrito bowl. The flavours were great and ingredients are fresh but I couldn't even pick up the second taco without it completely falling apart.

Had the salsa and was sour, we told the worker the salsa has gone bad and she said it was fresh, gave us some from the fridge and it was still bad. Worried that we’re gonna get sick. Never coming back

I went there this morning to get something I go there very often, but today there was different staff working the staff lady touched and flipped my quesadilla without wearing glove i was standing right there watching, and on top of that, when I was telling them that I wanted onions and corn, she did not even understand they only added onions and gave it to me I told them 2–3 times, and there were two girls working One of them was on her phone the whole time, and her hair was open. How can they work there with open hair? The girl who was using her phone didn’t have any respect for the customer at all on her face.And touching a customer’s food without gloves is not right I threw all the food in the garbage all of them were made badly i have a proof of all of this.

I am doing Doordash delivery, I have received orders for this restaurant, always waiting time 45 to 60 minutes, she serving only walking customers, delivery drivers all standing in waiting, hear is only one girl working she takes orders and she make the food , the owner makes cost cutting from delivery drivers time, that is not good idea for macking money

I went to the store in the evening time then asked a girl about something she was using the airbuds at the store even i asked is it allowed at the store to use the airbuds she said nobody cares about it i just want to ask is it allowed at the food court to do these things may be it droped to the protein container i want to inform the owner about it

I had money stuck on my SKIP account and I wanted to use it here. My partner was waiting out in the parking lot for me to place the order. The place was open, people were coming in and out. I put the order in where it sat and sat and sat some more, waited for 10 minutes with the order not being confirmed until it was cancelled and they turned their SKIP tablet off to no longer accept orders. It wasn't extremely busy, he was literally parked right outside watching. As someone who works in the same industry, unacceptable. I know it costs the business money when orders are not accepted/get cancelled. DO BETTER. Thanks for nothing, this ensures I won't be back.

Not happy that I have had few instances of the location not having enough ingredients.
Recently I placed the order online and went to pickup only to find that they didn't have rice. I placed the order approximately 40 mins before I went to pickup. They could have easily cooked the rice but didn't.
Would appreciate it if the location kept all the ingredients available until closing.

I’ve been coming here for burritos for a while, but the food my partner and I got from yesterday made us food sick. I vomited. Staff was nice but check your products and store them correctly. It might have been the sauces, we put the same sauces on our different orders.
Served a really good barburrito by Payal. Everything in it was in good quantity and quality. Would like to go for a tasty burrito again

I have been at Belleville location many times but had various issues everything. It’s either air conditioning, when asked for extra of sometimes on burrito then they added only pinch of it but today I had online order for BBox from doordash and got all chips super undercooked. Upon calling to store to let them know about this, person who pick call kept on saying that we have cooked it according to protocol time and just missed to understand that who ever prepared order ignored to quality check. Super disappointed as I was once working for BarBurrito and am aware about service protocols but this was not anything like that.
