This Boston. Pizza locatit's in bellville in cinema plaza plenty of parking lots of space and it's fairly good size usually fairly busy on weekends but you can always find a table. Very interesting menu with lots of choices. A lot of TVS to watch your favorite sports in a Bar section. Very fast and friendly service and food arrived in timely fashion. We had efficient chips and we have ordered extra coeslo salad as usually they are quite small in many places. But to our surprise salad was actually pretty good size. Reasonable priced restaurant and over all experience.Very good will come back again.

Anna was our server. Service was excellent even on a busy night. Only disappointment was the Whisky Chicken pizza which appeared and tasted like processed meat. Loaded toppings compensated for this. We will be back!

Always Great food but their customer service could use some work. I went in tonight to place.An order stood there for about five minutes nobody came to me. I had to go up to the bartender to get my order placed. And people from the kitchen kept staring at me But never helped... Awesome bartender, she was the one that had to place my order.And she also brought it out to my car, which was awesome.Thank you to the bartender

Went to Boston Pizza Belleville with a friend and the experience was awful. We made eye contact with the server when we walked in but had to stand there for a few minutes before anyone acknowledged us. When we were finally seated, our server, Nathalie, spoke to us in a short and condescending way while being overly friendly and polite to an older white group nearby. The difference in treatment was clear and uncomfortable.
To make it worse, the perogy pizza was badly made — just sprinkled cheddar that wasn’t melted properly, and the crust was unevenly cooked. The whole visit felt careless and disrespectful. I wouldn’t recommend this location at all until they fix their service and attitude.

Boston Pizza @ Quinte Mall looks like most other locations, only for Thanksgiving Monday it was quite barren. Solid food and good service, my 2 star review for Atmosphere was, quite ironically, because a TV showed the Atmosphere channel, which **looked** like A.I. slop. Sad, but other than that the experience was normal.

It's not like i am reviewing here just after 1 visit. It's been like 5-6 time me n my friend felt that the server here , 2 of them actually not mentioning names of course have certain kind of behaviour for us might be because of skin color or something. But i can say that this is not a service ethics.I know there are overwhelmed days at work but everytime if one have certain kind of behaviour that is not good. Even we have issues with food and told to get it changed still they charged it. Not a good environment at all. Try to never return to this place again.
Great place to have pizza and wings. Good vibes. Good for family dinners.

My sister ate here and left shaking. The server was racist to our fellow Indian friends and was extremely disrespectful. When asked about coffee proceeded to say in a horrible tone that “it’s just coffee, coffee is coffee”. Also asked about menu and she was extremely disgusting and rude. Talk about racism I will never be returning and will be telling my fellow friends to not come here either. Straight up 0

No wonder they don't list the toppings or prices for the build your own pizza. A individual pizza with 4 toppings was 25.00....asked the waitress where they were listed and she didn't know. Pizza had minimal flavor and half cooked,

Ordered take out by phone and the order was reviewed to ensure it was correct three times. Drive over a half an hour home to find the order not complete and incorrect. They did offer to send a gift certificate through the mail but that does absolutely no good to me in the moment. I paid over $75 for two meals for it to be incorrect.
