Son and I had pizza on saturday april 27 th 2024 at noon. We paid $60 to both experience severe cramps and diahrea during. the nite. So we paid $60 to get food poisoning. Pizza was undercooked in middle. :-(

Ordered a Chicken carbonara pizza, partner ordered big dipper sandwich. Ate and enjoyed every bite of my pizza. Beef in the sandwich was very tender, and it came with two big ramekins of gravy so you can dip without running out. The waiter (a moustached gentleman) was on the ball bringing a takeaway container for half the sandwich and even a little pot to take some gravy away. Beer is well priced and the mug served with my bottle was ice cold which was appreciated. Really no complaints at all with the meal or service.It is hard to tell from outside if the place is open or not, we were not sure until we tried the door. As we were getting in car out front a couple guys getting off bikes asked "Is it open?" The windows are quite dark, maybe a glowing OPEN sign would be nice. However it was Good Friday so maybe this wouldn't usually be an issue without the added uncertainty of a public holiday.

Horrible mashed potatoes... can't believe the chef would serve that...even the server mentioned they were a bit runny. It was like soup... highly disappointed as I was craving steak and mashed ? even the steak was way over cooked for medium. Was more like well done.

I recently visited Boston Pizzaand unfortunately, I left feeling extremely disappointed due to the rude behavior exhibited by the staff. From the moment I entered, I was met with indifference and impoliteness, which significantly dampened the dining experience.

My recent experience at bostan pizza was unfortunately tainted by the unprofessional behavior of one of the waitstaff members. From the moment was seated, it was evident that our waiter was disinterested and inattentive. What truly disappointed me was the disrespectful tone and attitude displayed by waiter and manager.

Title: Unacceptable Experience: Racist Behavior and Lack of Management ResponsibilityI recently visited Boston Pizza with friends, but sadly, our experience was marred by unacceptable behavior from one of the servers. Despite our hopes for a pleasant evening, the server's rude and discriminatory attitude tainted our entire visit.During our order, the server made derogatory remarks regarding our beverage choices, stating that if anyone drank from the shared Pepsi order, she would charge them double. This was conveyed in a tone that unmistakably reeked of racism and hostility.Dishearteningly, when we raised our concerns with the manager, expecting accountability and an apology, we were met with indifference. The manager failed to address the racism displayed by the server and neglected to offer any form of apology or reassurance that our concerns would be addressed.As patrons, we expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of our background or skin color. Unfortunately, our experience at Boston Pizza fell far short of this standard.#Saynotoracism
