Here is my favorite grilled black chicken. Children especially like to eat bourbon chicken. The vegetables are very fresh and more delicious than what I cook myself. Although I live in Kingston , it does not affect my joy of enjoying delicious food for a week. Thank you all staff

Wow! This place has gone down hill! I used to live it here for the junior value combo, but now they’ve become real cheap. I understand an increase in food cost, but this combo used to include a meat, rice/noodle and a veggie. Now, it includes maybe three small bits of meat and a container full of rice or noodle. Not to mention the people working are some of the rudest people to converse with. I was asking her a question, and she ignored me, so I said it again louder and she made a point of talking over me louder than I was. Food was ok, just not enough food or good enough for the price you’re paying. Little have a mention, the ton of grease at the bottom of my container of food. How disgusting!

I'm quite disappointed about paying $35 for the combo, a single box of food with 4 different choices, i asked for bean sprouts which were basically inedible with the flavour and texture, bourbon chicken and the vegetable pork and the portions were tiny i mean less than 5 pieces, on noodles which are usually great and there was plenty rather than protein. I shared this box with my husband and we were still hungry after.

DO NOT GO HERE!If I could give a 0 star review I would. I went out of town to the Belleville mall. Me and my boyfriend ordered two #3 combos, we were quite excited to try a new restaurant but this was the first and last time we will ever eat here. The food was disgusting as the chicken didn’t even taste or have a texture like chicken… it was chewy, and the noodles were over cooked.I am not one to complain however, spending 30$ on two meals I would expect it to be some what edible. I went back and kindly asked for a refund as both of us were not able to eat it, the lady was rude; she told me she could not give me a refund as it is the stores policy but she could remake us fresh meals. I told her that I no longer have an appetite and I just want my money back so I can get food else where. She kept refusing to refund me and then told me to come back tomorrow and talk to the boss if I want my money back but I told her no cause I am not from here. She kept walking away to deal with other customers rather than dealing with my complaint.After arguing for 10 minutes all of a sudden she could finally give me a refund even tho it was against their policy. My total was $31.60 but she give me $31 in cash back. But it’s cool y’all can keep that 60 cents looks like y’all need it.
