I told the lovely lady that the last time I had the bourbon chicken it was dry. She served it today from the sauce . I got it home it was so hard I could not get the fork in it! I would say ovr 50% of the meal ended in the garbage. It's nearly $20 for a two meat dinner and between the hard meat and also hard brocoli that my fork could not go in nearly raw this will be my last try at Bourbon. It used to be my favourite.....not now

Here is my favorite grilled black chicken. Children especially like to eat bourbon chicken. The vegetables are very fresh and more delicious than what I cook myself. Although I live in Kingston , it does not affect my joy of enjoying delicious food for a week. Thank you all staff

Wow! This place has gone down hill! I used to live it here for the junior value combo, but now they’ve become real cheap. I understand an increase in food cost, but this combo used to include a meat, rice/noodle and a veggie. Now, it includes maybe three small bits of meat and a container full of rice or noodle. Not to mention the people working are some of the rudest people to converse with. I was asking her a question, and she ignored me, so I said it again louder and she made a point of talking over me louder than I was. Food was ok, just not enough food or good enough for the price you’re paying. Little have a mention, the ton of grease at the bottom of my container of food. How disgusting!
I'm quite disappointed about paying $35 for the combo, a single box of food with 4 different choices, i asked for bean sprouts which were basically inedible with the flavour and texture, bourbon chicken and the vegetable pork and the portions were tiny i mean less than 5 pieces, on noodles which are usually great and there was plenty rather than protein. I shared this box with my husband and we were still hungry after.
