Bourbon Street Pizza Company

Long time customer of Bourbon. My favorite pizza in town, usually never have any issues. Ordered the special 3 topping large for 11.99$ , was given a total of 13.55$ on the phone. Went in and was told almost 17$. Told the employee we were told 13.55$, was told because of the chicken being a premium topping it was 3$ more. Explained we were told otherwise and if we were told chicken was premium price we could have decided on something else but now the pizza was ready and we expected to pay the price we were quoted. The ‘manager’ on duty said she would rather throw the pizza out than give it to me for the price they said on the phone because if they corrected their mistakes they would go out of business. I said bad customer service and losing a customer was worse for business. They didn’t care. Messaged the owner and let them know I had an issue with the order and they would not even get back to me. Really too bad because I frequent the place often but now won’t go back out of sheer principle, would be great if Troy would get back to me and rectify the issue to save a customer because I will miss the pizza, we always went after my sons soccer games. :( disappointed.

I haven’t been to Bourbon Street Pizza in a while, and I was totally missing out. Without exaggeration, easily the best Pizza I have ever had. I don’t know if they changed something, or I just didn’t appreciate it before, but I now feel like going anywhere else for Pizza would be an insult to my tastebuds.

I ordered a veggie pizza with the chilli drizzle and I was floored. Prompt delivery and a fair price, considering I would take out a sizeable loan if I had to in order to try it again.

Very satisfied with my experience and I love supporting local!

Although it's not located on Burbon Street, the pizza was still tasty.

Honestly not that great. Rude staff. EVERY DAMN TIME! If its not that under staffed. Food was not that tasteful.
2.5 out 5 altogether. I do not think I will be going here again. I will take my business elsewhere. Really I mean where they are downtown I am good, I do not feel like getting robbed to get not only slow delivery even when I pre order. Just to get some barely heated food. Just throw together items in my opinion. Barely worth the money point. I would suggest not to pay these high way robbery for Pizza. Homemade or not, it is A) not that great tasting B) rude staff then I gotta wait and deal with rude people for just so-so food. No thanks. I wanted to try to like this pizza. But altogether just not for me.

We are fairly new to the area and were told we should try Bourbon Street Pizza.
So glad we did!
The staff was very friendly and the pizza was absolutely amazing!!
Only regret is that we didn't try them out sooner.
Bourbon Street Pizza will definitely be in our top 5 choices☺️

Love hitting up Bourbon Street Pizza for lunch! Amanda is always friendly and remembers exactly what we like every time! Desserts are the bomb! Great Service, Great People, Great Food and Great Place. All ways feels like home :D

Great experience overall! Pizza was good, crust could use minor adjustments but still overall did taste good!

Every time we're in Belleville we order takeout from this place without fail. The price is fair and the portions are good. I've only ever gotten takeout so I can't comment on the atmosphere. The sandwiches and pizza are both amazing though. There's a parking lot nearby with lots of space (on the weekend, anyways)

The food was fresh and tasty. They have amazing veg option. Our server Michael was very attentive and recommended best options for us. 10/10 to him.

Moved recently and i am unable to fine something remotly as good. Best pizza i ever had!

Don't waste your money at the US chains. Bourbon has great pizza, fantastic service, very reasonably priced. Highly reccomend.

Warm atmosphere, friendly waitress and pretty good reasonable price for our meals. Def will come back sometime
