We’ve come here for cheap food for two decades. Tonight at 8pm we came in and the place was in the process of closing; floors in the bathroom were a wet skating rink, no sauces or napkins at the table (we had to get paper towel from the bathroom), the food was all stale and not refreshed. They were chasing us out. We paid full night buffet prices for the worst food I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Absolutely disgusting.

Appalled when I found black mold on rotting seafood in the dinner buffet.. even more disgusted that the oriental owner/manager with a heavy accent literally refused to acknowledge me when I brought him the black moldy food to complain and just kept serving other customers like I was invisible!!!! And they wonder why we don't want them here!!! Canadians don't eat mold, and definitely don't pay for it to be served to them! Gross and ignorant people run this place.

Clean, great service, and the food was delicious and hot and the selection was great as well, for 18 dollars and for all you can eat what can go wrong? We will definitely go back.

It's literally the worst Chinese food I've ever had in my life. I picked up some take out and threw most of it in the garbage. The food tasted fishy, noodles were just a pile of mush and slimy. If I could give no stars I would. Disgusting

Seems a bit excessive that they charge full amounts for the buffet for a 6 and 7 year old to eat.
This place has severely gone down hill. The bathrooms are disgusting! Waste bins in stalls were overflowing with garbage, used toilet paper all over tbe floors. Cleaning gloves thrown everywhere. We told the manager he got upset with us saying we clean it all the time. He called an employee you and said you cleaned the bathroom right and his response was no. He then started being very rude and argumentative. Servers barely acknowledge you and it feels like we are treated as an inconvenience and not a welcome customer. Quality of food is poor!

When we came in nobody greeted us , no good day nor hi nor hello or whatsoever . The guy that seated us didn’t give us enough utensils which in some other buffet places they would give us plates and utensils for each guest. The guy asked us if we wanted any drinks, we asked for water and this guy getting the water KEEPS ON RUNNING HIS HANDS THROUGH HIS HAIR AND KEEPS ON TOUCHING HIS MOUSTACHE WHILE PREPARING OUR DRINKS!!! So disgusting!! And while we were eating , this the same guy was SORTING NEW UTENSILS WITHOUT GLOVES ON!!!!AND HE WAS DOING THE SAME THING TOUCHING HIS NOSE, HAIR AND MOUSTACHE IN BETWEEN SORTING THE SPOON AND FORKS!!!!!! OMGGG SO DISGUSTING!!!!
The food was below okay, half of them aren’t fresh and really dry especially the sushi you could tell its old . The desserts were stale as well! And not many options, they even had stale oreos?!?! Really?!?! Unbelievable i couldve just bought it myself!!even the bow tie biscuits are not crunchy or flaky anymore and the cakes , the edges was kinda chewy or hardened already because it was sitting for so long!!! The potato salad and the coleslaw were both watery indicating that it is not as fresh as it should be!! Sliced bananas was swimming in bluish like water! Very disappointing!!!
We came in at 415pm and around 445pm this lady server just all of the sudden put on our table the receipt and the fortune cookies!!! It was like telling us that we are done and we should go! It felt like we were rushed out!! Unbelievable!! And mind you we were still eating and we have foods on our plates still!! Even when they are taking our plates away , they dont even wait for you to tell them that youre done they just take it away with the last bite on your fork to your mouth!how disrespectful! And this is the first time in all the buffets that weve been to that they give you the bill even youre not done yet and even if you didn’t ask for it yet!! This people workng here dont have any proper training!!
And when i paid at the cashier , she didn’t even say thank you !!!!!! Not even a smile!!!! Omg i can’t believe it! The worst restaurant ive ever been!!!

The food was okay and we’ve been to this place 3 times since we moved here in Belleville. But when we came today, one of the server kept touching his nose then handles the drinks without even washing or using sanitizer. He did it many times. We were watching him and he doesn’t seem to care. And while we were still eating, the other server handed us the bill (with the fortune cookies) without us asking for it yet. We wondering why she gave our bill and fortune cookies when we were not done eating yet. It was like her telling us to go even though we were there for only more than 30 minutes. This is a bad experience for us. Their servers don’t even smile or greet people. I’m not going back here again.
