I just ordered from drive thru and I gotta say, time after time again whenever dan (smallman) is working it's always great, fast, fresh i don't know what he does but he's always super nice if I pull up and see that man working ik my food and night is about to be a whole lot better, as for the (heavier side) lady who works nights she's very very rude never fresh I've had inedible items from her service. But never ever with Dan!

I went to the Burger King on North Front Street and visited the drive-thru around 2:30 AM. We were greeted by a lady, and I politely asked her to wait for a moment. After taking a minute to decide and saying “hello,” she aggressively and rudely responded, “If you ask me to wait, then you’ll have to do the same before I reply.”
We spoke to her with respect the entire time, but her attitude was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. This experience completely ruined our mood and appetite. I’ve always been a regular at Burger King, but after today, I won’t even consider coming back.
To add to that, we later went to the McDonald’s drive-thru — which was at least 10 times busier than Burger King’s empty one — and still received kind, polite, and efficient service. It’s disappointing that while Burger King’s drive-thru had no other customers, we were still treated so poorly.

tonight may 17th 2025 my friends are i went to burger king, ordering our meals at the which speaker was difficult. then we received basically inedible food from the very rude worker. We got warm, flat cokes with no ice. when we asked for a new one she said “we have no ice” and rolled her eyes at us. a very unpleasant experience

This is by far the worst Burger King in North America let alone Canada. The people that work here are so incompetent. They can't figure out anything. It's that difficult for them. That's how bad this place is stay away from it. The food is not even Burger King quality. I don't know what they do to it but every time I bought a Whopper or any other Burger it never tasted the same as the other Burger Kings from all over.

Best place to get Soggiest Onion ring ever they people working there have one job is it fry the pre made Onion rings i understand if it was busy but even at midnight where I was alone in the drive-thru didn't expected this

Worst service , employees do not even know how to talk to customers. The employee on drive thru was very rude. She was start yelling on me when I go there for picking up my order due to because she did not have order ready. Needs some customer service etiquette. Her name is Heena. In instructions, it shows that come through dining area, but all doors were closed. It was my first time & had worst service ever.
