My husband and I go to this specific BURGER KING for our anniversary every year and have been for 13 years. This year was no different except that we had our grandson with us! While chatting with the lovely lady taking our order that detail came out, Heena- who turned out to be a manager there, gave us a free little treat and was super pleasant to interact with š„° She then came to check on our meal while we were eating and joked with our grandson, he was delighted with her! When we left, our little man went to the counter to order icecream, they didn't have his flavor (mint chip lol), but Heena was gracious enough to add oreo toppings to his cone āŗļø A simple dinner, turned into a sweet little dining experience š¤ Five stars all around!

Hi, Yesterday I ordered impossible burger from the drive thru .The meal was really fresh and yummy and I really enjoyed it very well .and the girl named heena was very friendly and deal with a smile and the overall staff was good.

We ordered mozzarella fries and a spicy burger at night and asked them for fresh ā they were served perfectly fresh and delicious. The burger was very tasty! We liked it so much that we went back for two more spicy burgers, and again they were worth the wait. Thank you to the manager and team for the great food and for making our night special.

It was 1:50 AM and I was starving after work. Simran, the night manager, and her teammate were absolutely amazingāso kind, polite, and welcoming. I wasnāt sure what to order, but they patiently suggested great options that hit the spot. Their warmth and service made my night. Truly wonderful people!

I do not recommend eating here. The fries and nuggets did not taste fresh. It looked like it has been refried many times. After a few hours that my husband and I ate hamburgers, fries and nuggets, my husband ended up having loose bowel movement while I was vomiting. Itās definitely not a good experience. Weāll never be back.
This place always messes up my orders, they never have once made it right, cashiers working don't know what they are doing, the wait time takes forever! They seem lazy

Took over 5 minutes to take our order or even notice us. Waited 10 minutes for our food.
They forgot a drink and cleared the entire line of customers before noticing us. Thats fine.
Then tried to charge us again for the drink and wanted to see the receipt.
The food tasted like literal garbage. Took one bite and tossed the rest.
Wonder why no one ever goes to this burger king. Crazy.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! I would rather eat garbage than eat here. Not only is the food the worst Iāve ever had, but the employees are also completely unprofessional. They didnāt even know what was on the menuāI had to go outside, take a picture of the flyer, and show it to them. They gave me the wrong order, and I had to repeat myself multiple times. In the end, I got the worst burger Iāve ever eaten in my life. I eat Burger King religiously, a couple of times a week, and this was by far the worst location Iāve ever been to. This place is a disgrace to the Burger King name, and locations like this are the reason people hate Burger King. Iām going to file a complaint with headquartersāthis place needs to be shut down. The bun I was served was clearly several days old. This is a potential health hazard.
