Never had a bad experience. I've had debit card issues once I'm the drive thru and dint have cash, they let me have the food anyways. I made sure to pay them for it during the 2nd visit.

We visited Burger King on North Front Street yesterday, and I want to give a huge shout-out to Simarjeet, one of the employees there.
We accidentally dropped our drink glass on the table, and it spilled all over the floor. Simarjeet noticed right away he immediately came over to clean it up and even brought us extra tissues to help clean my baby’s clothes. Later, while we were leaving, our kids started arguing over the Burger King crowns. Before we could even ask, he came over with an extra crown and handed it to us with a smile.
We were so impressed with his kindness and quick help that we offered him a $10 tip but he politely refused!
Honestly, I usually prefer A&W, but because of Simarjeet’s amazing service, we’ll definitely be coming back to Burger King. Excellent staff and wonderful experience! 👏🍔

Behind the counter was filthy.. tables were filthy. They’ve removed all of the cups, lids and straws from the floor and put them behind the counter.. They’ve adopted the hiring practices from Tim Hortons. I won’t be going back there

Bright and clean interior. They have mango peach lemonade!! Also got a cheeseburger for $2 today and manager Kasim remembered me!
Went there for lunch was not busy at all I walk right up to the counter Was at the cash register for 8 min while 3 people looked at me including the manager and no one took my order or anything. walked out went to Wendy’s and was severed right away was not happy with this burger king at all!

My husband and I go to this specific BURGER KING for our anniversary every year and have been for 13 years. This year was no different except that we had our grandson with us! While chatting with the lovely lady taking our order that detail came out, Heena- who turned out to be a manager there, gave us a free little treat and was super pleasant to interact with 🥰 She then came to check on our meal while we were eating and joked with our grandson, he was delighted with her! When we left, our little man went to the counter to order icecream, they didn't have his flavor (mint chip lol), but Heena was gracious enough to add oreo toppings to his cone ☺️ A simple dinner, turned into a sweet little dining experience 🤗 Five stars all around!
