I love this dairy Queen location as they have never failed me for a blizzard like some others have, I mean who would want to be served a melted blizzard? not me. They are the coldest here! My only complaint is the employees, from my experience they lack customer service skills and give me anxiety as they're teens with the gen z stare.

I've been craving for the chicken strip basket but its always so expensive. Finally I made the choice to go get it. I was stoked, box felt hot and fresh. I open it up and see this..... Chicken is good and fine, but the portion of fries? What? For 14$ and they dont even put barely any fries. The box isnt even to the top, you'd think having chicken strips AND fries topped on one another it would reach the top of the box? lol. I don't understand. Sadly, wont be going back after this.

Dairy Queen is great. The new mixing bowl blizzard is top drawer, Thier cheeseburgers are extremely underrated.

This review is about more than that. This was about my experience today (18 June 2025), with the staff.

I went in to buy an ice cream cake for my sister around 5:15PM. I had a heart-felt message that I was really excited to have on a cake for her birthday.

When I explained by request the staff helping us was just as excited as we were. The finished product more than met any expectations we had. Our experience with the staff was the best part.

I love Dairy Queen the food is great! UPDATE they have brought their chili fries only for a limited time. You will be happy no matter what you order here. If you like soft ice cream this is the place. They make sundaes, milkshakes, best burgers in town, banana splits, hot fudge brownie delight, dilly bars, ice cream cakes for all occasions. If you looking for something to cool you down I suggest trying this place . I think they’re the best fast food place in Belleville.

This place is awful. Management is rude and have no respect for customers or their employees. If you go here and they mess something up good luck getting an apology or your money back, your more likely to get banned because the owner can't handle being told hes not perfect. My friend got food poisoning form here the other day because they were using expired lettuce and when she tried to tell him what happened he felt it appropriate to give her attitude as if it were her fault and not theirs.
