Delicious food, especially the pizza but it isn't lactose intolerant friendly.

The open courtyard does it for me. It's like being in Tuscany. Arguably the best Italian restaurant in the area. The restaurant is clean, generally pretty busy but the servers are great!

We made a reservation here prior to seeing a show at the Empire. Food was GREAT and service was lovely. We will definitely pop in again!

This place made me sad. It is really just a dive bar dressed up as a what someone would think a Southern Mediterranean villa would look like. All the food was low quality (frozen vegetables, parmesan in a shaker cup, low grade meats) and priced incredibly high for the product. Our server was loud and made us tell her how to split bills prior to even ordering which embarrassed a lot of people in our party - she claimed to have been serving for 20 years but can’t split a bill? Our bills were still incorrect at the end after all that regardless. It’s shame because this is a lovely space with great potential and a great location.

This is one of my favorite places for a date night, the food and service is always amazing.

We had an amazing dinner! Carrie recommended the Mango Chicken, and now I understand why it’s her favorite—it was absolutely delicious. She was a fantastic server, so gracious and attentive, and made our experience even more enjoyable. The restaurant is truly a hidden gem in the area.

We enjoyed a late lunch here today while visiting my daughter in Belleville. It felt like we were dining in Italy! Our server was so gentle and professional, advising on wine pairing, showing us dishes, and pleasantly chatting with us about the restaurant and the dishes, as well as events happening in Belleville that day. Two of us chose the price fixed menu, and two had individual dishes. We weren't hurried, our food was served promptly and the portions were really large. We had to take our dessert home. My only wish was that one dessert choice could be tiramisu, or other Italian style dessert.

The atmosphere is great, but that was the best part of my dining experience. It was extremely hot in the restaurant. We waited for over an hour for a pizza that was burned, cold and utterly dried out. We were with a group and the food came out at different times. At one point we talked about ordering food else where and having it delivered. Overpriced and poor quality. Will not return.

Belleville’s best kept secret! I hesitate to even let you in on it since the atmosphere is equal to a “quick” jaunt to Europe. I wandered in off the street needing sustenance after packing my mother’s retirement home space for two days. This was just the reprieve I didn’t know how badly I needed. This is a casual or dress it up sort of spot. Just like in Europe-do as you please and embrace the life with food and good company. There is a gorgeous hidden garden to dine that will truly thrill you. Date worthy, family event perfect, friends hanging out -even better. Check out the surroundings and remember that my photos don’t do it justice. You can’t hear the water feature and lightly strumming guitars.
The bread is bewitched. Lol.
